I have certifications in alternative medicine and herbs and nutrition. You also have to work on eating living food. Life-giving food. If your food doesn’t love you back then you’re abusing yourself. Food will program your cells in your body and hurt your mitochondria etc. etc. etc. This intern can affect your brain your gut Microbiome and all of your emotions. You have to look at yourself as a holistic system treat yourself holistically. Thank you for this video Rachel this is definitely one of the modalities that is needed. Do you have an amazing personality but when I look at your skin and aura and body shape and tone and voice, I have to be honest and say I would love to help you all the way around. I see some very very deep grief going on and other emotional eating for soothing. You are an awesome woman let’s get you more awesome!💃💃💃💃💃♥️
I enjoyed this video but i dont like the language used for the trauma, it did not sit right with me. What u call little T can actually be a very big trauma for someone and we have to remember that. There is nothing little about any of it to be honest.
I Hate that therapists use the term “Small t” to describe Emotional Abuse, No Wonder people don’t take Emotional Abuse and Bullying Seriously the mental health community can’t even get the Language about it right because there is Nothing Small about Any Abuse. The word “Small” is not a Comforting or Validating word to use when describing Any Trauma🙄🙄 So Ridiculous and such a Waste of Time, you have to have Some Common Sense as a therapist to think, Hmmm, this is Severe Trauma, let’s Not use the term “Small” Regardless of what you’re taught in school. I speak from experience this is Not Comforting or Validating At All
I agree with you Marie. I wake up with anxiety and panic attacks. The only thing that calms me down is talking to our Lord and Saviour because I know He is always with us and listening. Thank You. Love, from Australia.
Tapping and holding your hand over your heart and stomach and repeating words is not medicating I do it quite often I have terrible anxiety I believe in God and trusting him just as well I like the Bible says he helps those who help themselves
