FOB in VIETNAM - DAY 134/365: Egg Beer sounds like one of the worst food combinations on the planet, but I gotta tell you.. Your dirty ears are lying to ya! This stuff is honestly, really great! What’s not to like about egg yolk whisked with sugar into a foam?? The answer is nothing.. you can put it on anything, hot cold, sweet, savory, alive or dead.. It will still be GREAT!
The only complaint I have is the minuscule amount of beer at the bottom of this delicious glass of goodness. If you get to Hanoi and you’re looking for a unique dessert or dining experience, look no further than egg coffee, or egg beer. It’s famous here and you are guaranteed to love it! Tôi Yêu Việt Nam!
