I do want to say that the argument that the crucible couldn't kill Kratos because Kratos survived the blade of Olympus is a moot point. The reason Kratos survived was because the gods of Olympus cursed Kratos to not be able to take his own life. If someone else used the blade of Olympus on him, then it would've killed him, which was shown when Zeus used it to kill Kratos in God of War 2. Kratos has been shown to have immortality in the sense of age in Ragnorok, since Thor did manage to kill Kratos during their first fight.
No thor didn't really kill him he rather knocked him out and also it's not a moot point given the gods of olympus were dead when he stabbed himself also he only died from zeus stabbing it with it because he was weakened and turned mortal he was immortal and a million times more powerful by the end of god of war 3 so no not moot
@@champion1859 Thor did kill Kratos in Ragnorok, he used Mjolnir to restart Kratos' heart. Granted, Kratos was holding back against Thor, but Thor still showed that Kratos can die. It doesn't matter if all the gods of Olympus were dead, the curse still stood. Plus, Athena is still around and was shown to be able to interact with Kratos when she pulled the blade of Olympus out if him. Kratos doesn't age, but can still die.

The way I see it, prime Doomguy versus prime Kratos is a draw. But current Doomguy versus current Kratos goes over to Doomguy, merely because Kratos is held back mentally due to there being serious consequences for his past actions.

Doom guys experience is rip and tear it's always just quick killing and shoot them dead. If it moves it can be killed. Kratos on the other hand uses strategies in order to counter his enemy not just brite force so kratos wins with experience of battle and ways to take down foes.
Both are insanely strong, both have combat experience, both have been fighting for many years, both have weapons/arsenal, both have combat IQ, both have speed, both have durability, both have healing...I think Doom Slayer has a healing factor though i could be wrong. I don't think Doom Slayer can die, but Kratos does die but he cannot because fate won't allow him, he'll just keep coming back, i think he was cursed or something? But someone can correct me. They both have no limit to their power and strength. It'll be kinda like an endless fight but an interesting one.

@@wolffang9931 speed was because kratos dodged helios's light, this light was able to light up hell, + hell was type 9 inf size since a mythology never ends, meaning that there will be more souls to be judged heaven or hell , which is why its type 9 inf. I’m because he solved puzzles that the goddess of knowledge didn’t even know, then durability, I kinda would say doom, because Kratos immortality is more of a hax
I would probably say experience still goes or DoomSlayer as he was trapped in hell for eons fighting in battles that seemed endless but he came out of top And he was a marine to so he has a lot of combat knowledge or tactics
I 100% agree. The Doom Slayer literally has billions of years worth of experience fighting the forces of hell and armies after armies of demons all on his own. On top of that he has experience from his time as a space marine and has experience leading the Night Sentinels and fighting in their frontlines.

Things not many people know is when doom slayer fought the icon of sin in doom eternal their fight was so epic and grand and powerful they destroyed universes. So if Kratos and doom slayer fought each other. It wouldn't end and because of that their fight would end everything in existence.

I do think kratos wins high extreme barely difficulty, as both are immortal bit I do think kratos will have a very slight edge as he can regenerate while doom slayer hasn't shown from what I saw, but good edit
His armor is hotter then like 100 suns an he can withstand the sun. He does show regen Feats if you played doom 2016 you'd know the seal kills him over and over but he's resurrects in a mila sec. His sword crucible can stop regeneration. an if he shoots kratos with bfg it would most likely erase him.

What I think is a little different because technically if they were fighting to see who would win then Doomslayer because he can’t actually get hurt or die unlike kratos who actually does die he just comes back so I think that Doomslayer is a BETTER fighter

@@OfficialSera in theory kratos should be all powerful, however in practice he is very far from (SPOILER WARNING FOR GOD OF RAGNAROK). Thor actually kills kratos pretty easily at the beginning of the game, and you could argue that later on kratos beats Thor. However during that fight it’s obvious that thor has picked up alcohol again, and is drunk. Which means that the fight between the two at the beginning of the game, demonstrates the power difference between the two. So how could kratos be all powerful if someone if more powerful than him, whereas doom guy. Is literally all powerful, he spent ions fighting in hell without eating, drinking and resting even once. He literally killed god, think about that, he canonically killed god easily, and it was easily because every fight he has ever done. Was easy in cannon, there isn’t a way in hell that kratos ever stood a chance. Kratos is very powerful, however doom guy is all powerful.

Yes, age does not equal experience per say. But doomslayer who is eons old, has been fighting the whole time during those eons. Kratos obviously has been fighting literal gods for a long time, but im pretty sure doomslayer fighting demons for eons counts for something lol.
