材料 Ingredients:
一斤半西洋菜 900g watercress
一斤豬骨 600g pork bones
一條大甘筍 1 carrot
一條粟米 1 sweetcorn
兩粒浸發乾瑤柱 2 conpoy
四粒蜜棗 4 dates
二十五克南北杏 25g sweet and bitter apricot kernel
兩片果皮浸發後去囊 2 slices of dried tangerine peel
二十克茶樹菇或四隻冬菇 20g mushrooms
二十克玉竹 20g Yuzhu
五公升水 5 litres water
半茶匙粗鹽 (不是必要) 1/2tsp salt (optional)
