The recipe for Gateau de Savoie
- Based on 1 unit of No. 2 frame
*Put it down to 150 degrees after 20 minutes. There's a difference in personal oven cars, so a skewer test is a must!
*The reason why we put a small amount of water in the oven is to prevent dryness of the surface of the sheet.
- 60g of storng flour
- 60g corn starch
- 135g of sugar
- 100g of yolk
- 150g of egg white
- 1g of salt
*You can also add various side ingredients such as vanilla paste, extra, and lemon zest to remove the smell of eggs!
*It's a sponge cake that doesn't contain butter or oil, so if you want a softer texture, I think it'd be good to add 35g of canola oil.

Same as the recipe above, the temperature is 170 degrees and 25 minutes (time difference is large depending on the capacity of the air fryer). Please check it with the skewer test.)
