This time, we had Chef Modegi from Taimeiken, a long-established yoshoku (Japanized western dish) restaurant in Tokyo, showed us how to make a quick and easy spaghetti meat sauce.
- Ingredients
150g mixture of ground beef and pork
1/2 onion
10g chopped chili pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp white wine
5g powdered consomme soup
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp ketchup
60g chuno (tonkatsu) sauce
1 tsp miso
200g pureed tomatoes
150g spaghetti (2.2mm thickness)
Parmigiano cheese, as needed
parsley, as needed
2 fruit tomatoes
