Katy and I, like many people, have big emotions tied to the holidays. This Thanksgiving is our second away from home, and our first on the boat. The anticipation is exciting because its something new and special to share together, but it is also something that brings sadness. We spend our days surrounding Thanksgiving enjoying Belhaven, NC more than we ever thought we could (especially because we were surprised to even end up there), soaking up a beautiful evening in what became one of our favorite anchorages to date, and flying Big Blue on the way to Beaufort, NC. We explore breath-taking beaches in brisk weather and cook more amazing meals together. These are just a few of the most memorable moments. It's always the little things.
