Governor removal removes the automatic detection of changes in the load and adjusting the throttle to compensate. this is fine ...for a lawn mower, but on a mini bike you control the speed by your throttle, and this way the governor doesn't fight you on higher rpm's and speed, keeping you at a more reduced speed.
Question, i put one of these 98cc's on a chinese atv. Do you think it will run fine i know top end wont be as much but just wondering because its supposed to be a project for the summer so i can ride around my backyard on and up and down the street
