Elliot Bélanger u are not shit u just have a different playstyle some like to play tall and colonize or play the blobing game me personally prefer to go tall with prussia and dominate as the hre emporer
@@elfenlied105 Well, you are kind of right. WCs are not really hard, they are mostly just tedious af. If you are doing a wc prepare for speed 2 blobbing armageddon with annexing 200 dev every year past 1650 and constant 100% OE. Its fucking cancer, but at least you get an archievement
@@elfenlied105 i've never done a wc, i prefer playing tall too. In my most recent game i'm playing a colonizing/development game with Brunei. I just love to see the progression of my country being able to compete with the europeans superpowers as a "minor" :)
Very cool! I always love a good one tag, and this beautiful purple color makes it that much more enjoyable :) Your expansion routes were so creative as well, kudos for that!
his key to success? giving out the +1 mana privileges to the estates, summoning the diet and choosing whichever agenda best suits him, selling titles and seizing land.
@BB Is the plus one mana from estates good, I'm the type who doesn't like red and yellow markers in the top left corner so I hate low crown land and never take policies that take much of it.
@@toddhoward1892very good, totally recommen. Do not worry about low crown land, in 30 years after 6 seize land you will get all crownlands back but will generate +1 mana every months, which gives you points to get tech, ideas, develop stuff faster.
Scotland has comparatively low development, culturewise isolated and a bit far away from german minors. And I'm guessing he had diplomatic ideas? Maybe even became the pope.
Ambi is right - because of Scotland’s isolation I could take it all without upsetting anyone on the continent. It made England mad, but they can’t start a coalition on their own. Taking land in England was more of an issue, but was still manageable by improving relations with everyone, which was enough to keep them out.
I got another question. I have Eu4 with 1 dlc. My friend has eu with all dlc and share library with me, but dlc's didn't turn on during game. Now in game they are color full but stil when you punt mouse on it there are wordt not owned. Any ideas what should i do to make them (dlc) working?
I have 1500 hours at this game and I'm still wondering how did you get to china without exploration ideas. Did you get them in the first place and then cancel them?
César Narváez I’m wondering this too. Also how did he get all his troops there without all the ships dieing. And how big was the army he attacked Ming with...
naples is very good client for WC as it's the best country to form Italy... Which has both +50% improve relations (lower AE faster) and -25% core creation cost which is quite ENORMOUS in the midgame before absolutism. Combined to max absolutism you get crazy mana cost reductions. Naples missions are great, and its starting position is ideal as it is close to both venitian node AND the HRE, and becoming emperor is quite easy.
I just killed them all - there were a lot of rebellions, especially during the last 70 years as I was often running around 150% overextension (and sometimes close to 200%). But by that time I had an army of around 3 million, so I had units spread all over the empire ready to jump on the rebels whenever they popped. I’m not sure what you mean by not my core though? Everything is cored except for colonies - they don’t give overextension, so I never bother coring them (in order to preserve admin points).
@@troutblock1893 ah okay, I'm sorry if it was a stupid question, I'm still a rookie and I don't know (for example) how to deal in the early/mid game with AE, rebellions and things like that. Right now I'm trying to form Italy with Florence, but it's REALLY hard cuz I can't get Venice
@@laonch6073 It’s no problem :) And yeah AE in Italy is a big issue (a big reason why I went to Britain first in this run). How come you can’t get Venice?
How did you get maps of trade company region ? Did you steal or made an ally share map ? If so how did you get a unit to the border of said regions ? Did you demand military access to every countries or something. It seems really dumb to proceed like that.
Yes I stole maps. The unit can be on a boat, so no need to get millitary access from anyone (as I could already access the Red sea from the land I took from the Mamluks)
Hey man, Neapolitan here! I'm learning the game, how do u actually trucebreak someone? I mean, how do u manage the adm points costs? I have many issues using mana, how do I actually use em properly?
Another question, how do u manage the cost of a large mercs army? Because I tried once playing as Netherlands and I read somewhere that it is wiser to get mercs upon normal armies
matador177 At the start of the game, most countries can not afford having massive mercenary armies. You should only merc spam, during mid-late game when your economy is very strong and can support massive mercenary armies.
@@KreaSHeR yeah but you can't core them straight away. Just figured out how, just vassalize one and seize a province, and core that specific province, then you can expand more
Yes I vassalize the one I did the no cb on, and then use their claims to attack their neighbours. You can always core land that is adjacent to land owned by a vassal as long as it is on the same continent as your capital
How can you manage your admin points? I cant even manage them while playing russia, and you are just no cbing and truce breaking people and still being stable lol
I vassalized the first Irish minor I attacked , and then use their claims to attack their neighbours. I can core my vassal's neightbour's land because it is on the same continent as my capital (even though it is outside my coring range).
