The funniest Eurovision voting in history!! No wonder this was Mr. Neff last Eurovision as the voting scrutineer!! He had years put on him after this !!😀😀 Great comedy voting for sure from Toto!!
I can tell Toto wasn't ready to go thru the voting, furthermore, he's sort of stubborn; always wanted to be right when it was thanks to Gigliola that the process didn't take longer
I feel so bad for them tbh it's like watching two kids trying to put on a presentation in a language neither of them feel comfortable speaking But also on the other hand it's funny as fuck watching Toto mess up the votes solely because he wasn't listening to the caller ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I kinda understand Toto. On those days, apart from recording music, he was one of the hosts of a noon show on Rai Uno, where he was in charge of the musical part and games with the audience. It's not the same to host a noon show for a local audience than an international song contest for a larger audience than the one from his own country.
The Greek commentator that night from sec No 1 warned us about the mess that this organization would be about to be and she didn''t miss to openly show her discontent by pouting throughout the whole night about Toto's incompetence and tasteless humour.
The worst voting procedure in the history of the contest. The hosts couldn't even recognise the names of the counties in English or French. What a shame! Mr Neff and his assistants must have had a really difficult night .....
I mean, whose idea was it to get those two to host? They can't present for their lives, and Toto clearly can't speak fluent enough English to get by. But Gigliola's 73 years old, and Toto's 77, so slim chance that they're gonna present again.
I kept expecting Toto to announce the Four Tops and Boy George come out! I do think he might have been out of his depth with the English and it wasn't his fault the phonelines were so bad but he really didn't help himself. One minute he panicked and the next he knew better than everybody else!
I remember that - and i can't for the life of me understand how didn't it raise up in the rehearsals that those two can NOT host the eurovision ! Italy should have being barred from the contest for this show of bad spirit
Bad spirit? What are you talking about? 😂 Did you think they made evrything go wrong on purpose? There was a sound issue. Toto and Gigliola are complaining that they cant hear when speaking to each country. Yes everything went wrong but bar them in from the contest for a sound issue that the hosts have no control over? 😂
Remember this contest....really entertaining..Switzerland should have won..🇨🇭 Goglioia Cinquetti is fab, as are her songs from Copenhagen and Brighton.. Here's to Italia (hopefully Milano) 2022....🎶🎤🇮🇹
@@nautilusshell4969 toto shows us the typical italian style of presentation: chaotic but trying to make the best of it. The italian things he says are si great and funny!
@@sirpeter3975 Goodness! I must have left my sense of humour at home. He reminds me of an embarrassing uncle who's drunk too much at dinner and keeps making passes at my girlfriend.
@@nautilusshell4969 Youre uncle sounds fun. Toto is a great singer and a bit chaotic but the italian things he says are funny! He is making a show of it better then cold mr. Neff who woulf have made it a perfect show, with no carrisma.
