Yessss, never take your neck for granted, was majorly rear-ended not one but twice, triple whiplash (never heard of it before the accidents) & Atlas subluxation -- been exercising the neck ever since - I do have to lay off the stretching part, yet everything else, so important & I learned way more than I ever wanted about how much our back, arms, shoulders (trapezius muscles esp!) are related to our neck functionality! Thanks for this!

I have been "discovering" these lastv6 yrs w/ including the arms. Including on Massage table in prone / supine positions too. And modification to those. Also passive & resistant simultaneously w/ client! Game Changers!
