15:50 Also you should check if if you have any local $1 stores (fam owned kinda). Here in LA we have some great one and I can find awesome lidded glassware for ~$1-3! (sep for my cat so my containers' lids don't smell)

What an excellent tutorial, Jess! After so many years of raw species appropriate feeding, I, too, have things pretty much down, as well. However, I like to change things up from time to time as I do believe my cats and dog appreciate it. You have inspired me to broaden the range of foods for them. Have not yet tried the quail, but it's on my to-do list. Have to get my new blind kitten healthy/stable first and have been pretty much buried in vet bills with her. Back in the early 70s, I and my friends indulged in Tupperware parties. Therefore, had just about everything they made, LOL. Anyway, older and wiser, once the information surfaced about toxins in plastics leaching into food, I got rid of it all and switched to glass jars and containers. Like you, had to purchase bit by bit as they can be expensive. It's such a relief to know that the food is safely stored. BTW, the vet thinks my blind baby girl, Diva, is suffering from a severe form of Feline Hyperesthesia Syndrome. While there are drugs to help with this, these drugs do have serious side effects. I prefer a homeopathic approach if possible. At our appointment next week, I'll know more, and I'll keep you posted, and hopefully, it might help others.

Just got a shipment of whole prey in from a local company that sources the most ethically raised whole prey around. Got lots of day old chicks, fully grown mice, fully grown quail and week old ducklings. Along with their balanced raw chunks and meaty bones. Tomorrow is prep day! I scored a tonne of brand new 250ml short and wide glass canning jars for dirt cheap. Each one holds a perfect amount of raw food for each cats daily food intake!

Thank you for this. Now I know what to buy and how to portion it. This really helped me decide what next food to buy.

Hi Jess, i love your videos! May i ask you how do you take care of Jericho other than feeding him? Do you have any other monthly/ weekly/ daily routine that you make for Jericho's health? Such as how you handle worm problems or ear mites or flea problems. Some of my cats are really dirty and some okay. Most of them have fleas and ear mites maybe because they stay outdoor. Do you have any suggestions?

How does Jericho eat the cat grass? Does he eat it right from the plant or do you cut some and put it with his food?

What do you do when you need to be gone? At min how would you (I) not overwhelm my friend/cat sitter w/ the feeding routine? Also what's your approx daily feed cost? Really great info!

Oh boy I feel like I haven't been feeding my cats right at all and they're my best friends okay I've never fed them raw can I just slowly introduce them or can I just switch over what do you recommend and I bought some Venison in the other day is raw venison okay for them?

You make it look easy and I still feel overwhelmed 😂 I'll just keep with the occasional madness of Rox his complete food obsession. He's staring at his empty auto feeder right 😅 he ate 2-3 hours ago? It's open, but hey maybe it's gonna open again and have food?! That cat is just an empty hole and would be totally obese if he got to eat how much he wants.

Hi Jess I would like to feed my cat Sky Raw meat I could buy it in a loca! Supermarket does it has to be organic. I do buy organic meat for me can I give him not cook but Raw. My cat is 10 1/2 yrs old how much do I feed him. What kind of meat is there a particular one I don't want to feed him with bones at the moment. I am kind of scare to feed raw would he get worms.
