That's Fantastic! 80 years young if you take great care of yourself and exercise like this and STAY AWAY from Big Pharma doctors and their crippling prescriptions they've been indoctrinated to push. But you likely know that. My Mom us 82 and we almost lost her in December of 2022. I flew to JFK MEMORIAL in Palm Beach and got my wife's cousin on FaceTime to give her the last Rites. She looked horrible when I walked I to her room. Like she was almost gone. After the Last Rites I decided to ask her to sing Christmas songs with me that I played on RU-vid. Right away she lit up and after 10 songs her color came back - she was happy, smiling and she's alive to this day! 1🙏✨️🥰 I'd Love for her to have your determination to exercise and I hope to inspire her to at least start. ❤️ ❤❤

This is a great workout for an 80 year old woman. I only had to modify one exercise. Ireally like the fact that there is not a constant stream of chatter.
Can't believe I did the entire 30 minutes! I got really unhealthy after sitting at the desk for years for my thesis. Now I finished it and am very happy to have come across this channel. Will carry on following the routine!
Back is getting worse. I’m drinking the belly fat tea ( over a month)🍺 . So far, nothing has really happened. However, I’m going to keep trying. Belly fat been around for years. I’ve been trying to get rid of it for years. Now, I’m over 70 and this stubborn fat really have to go. Plus, my accident ( failing) has caused the back pain, knees, and abdomen to be worse in doing freedom in exercising. However, I’m still going to keep trying. I will be successful in getting rid of the belly fat.

The comments here are priceless. Everyone is an expert. Lol. Everything takes time to see results. This is not immediate outcome. You have to work for it. It doesn't matter how long it takes. It will happen if you eat the right foods and exercise. I hope you have success.

I started today. It must b working bc I was sweating before the video was done. For those of u struggling 2keep up, i rest during the 10 seconds. I normally do hitt & i rest 20 sec between exercises. I will do my hitt tues thurs, & Sat & this one mwf. I'll see how that works
Thanks for this post! I hade cancer in my throat/neck so traditional core workouts are almost impossible due to my low neck strength and residual pain. This loosens me up and you can feel your core working in these. Plus the speed of going from one to the other helos you get a sweat going. I only add some side planks to this. Im in my 59's si dont really care about a 6 pack, but i am stronger and tighter on my core and my stomach looks better than it did in my 20s, thanks!

The quality of your food makes a world of difference. If you are put junk in, you are not going to feel any better.......McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell. It's better to eat organic frozen fruits and vegetables. Especially if you can't eat them fast enough. Eat lean protein. You'll find yourself craving healthy foods. Depends on how much fat you have in the first place. If you have 50 pounds to loose yeah for sure no way. But 10 pounds to loose, 1 week is enough. Diet is what counts too.
A visible two inches of flesh off your waist would probably be wayyy more than dropping ten lbs though.... having said that, any exercise is a good thing
Actually, you are wrong. If you eat properly for the amount of activity you are doing, the amount of calories you are burning with doing this exercise twice a day. IT CAN ACTUALLY TAKE OFF 2 INCHES in a week as you would lose far more than 2 pounds. Maybe you shouldn't speak out of your a$$ before actually doing the exercise and eating properly (i.e. no processed foods, sugars, saturated fats and not going over 1200 calories! Along with absolutely no take out or breads.).
It works!!! I have been doing these movements in aquaarobics. I can now do them at home, game changer. I will now be able to do the workouts at home if I can not get out. Thank you. You can see the muscles that need isolated and I don't hurt myself keeping up with the youthful ones as I have injuries from a life well lived.
