Akka,u r an inspiration to me.i did the yoga and never sleep in the afternoon, I drank 6 times 500 ml.i walk 10,000 steps in evening.i also added the chole ting workout.i have fats,no abs yet but I can feel the workout.i finally lost some 1 plus kg.its a motivation to see weight loss

Hi @@ThamizhPennWeightLossCoach 👋 Before starting these yoga asans, how long our stomach should be empty? Suppose if I plan to do these Yoga asans in morning, can I take one glass of water then start doing? Reason: I take thyroid tablet 50 mcg every morning. So please clarify ☝️

Gud morning ma'am , Breakfast : 1 chapathi + 1cup full of channa masala+ black coffee with brown sugar. 11a.m......carrot + cucumber Lunch : steamed fish + brown rice+ fish curry Evening: black coffee with brown sugar+ masala puffed rice Dinner: apple+ pear+ orange Walking : 1hr 30min and jogging : 25 min
