breakfast is the most important meal for the day.. dont skip that... Lunch, yes should take, but not much and immediately do not sit and rest or sleep..go 20 mins walking aft yr lunch Take hot lemon drink mix with ginger honey or add some chia seeds Dinner do not take very heavily In between do some workout. Stay healthy..

Every body is different . I have had the experience of the above diet even without knowing what it is during my college days. Morning bf wud make me sluggish sleepy So I had tea and apple or egg Lunch proper but limited rice oily food Dinner wud take only 2 of idly dosa or roti. If not hungry I wud skip dinner . The only difference is ur body gets tuned , and as long as there is no physical work it’s ok. For full time homemakers who work whole day without any helper I don’t know how they will get energy throughout the day .

End your meal of the day before 7 pm and lower your quantity of intaking carbohydrates, try to reduce your meal into 2 or 1 instead of three times a day....try to drink hot water...I am following these diet plan and its a effective plan...with in two days I have reduced 1.5kg....for a day I should eat one cup of coffee , four biscuits small size, hotwater 3 litre and two dosa with vegetables curry and carrot juice with lemon....

Na rice sapdama only Chapathi Saptu Koraikalam nu iruka Pacha pair , dall ithu Matum side dish vachi sapdura I avoid white rice and I take red rice kandepa I ll loss my weight I have confedence and I take Kollu rasam daily night :-)

Please consult your doctor before doing intermittent fasting. I followed IF for awhile and experienced a very bad gastritis problem. To this day it is effecting my daily life. So before following any diet plan please consider discussing with your doctor.

Hii sis na already neega sonnatha before one year try panni results edutha.. results sema fast ahkedachuthu..but very though tha erunthalum sema results...na no breakfast no lunch Only dinner...fully drinking water every 45 minutes good results in one month...na adha summa tha try Panna but good results...

Hi iam having intermittent fasting morning 6am hot water after 9am i drink coffee or tea missing milk with water and little sugar. After full of water and sometimes middle i eat fruit and 1.30pm i eat my lunch what i cook but little rice other day 2payaru dosa with vegetables and meet and after i drink full of hot water. Evening black coffee with dates. Some time noly juice after 8pm my dinner. My kilo is 6okg. Please reply for me sister.

What do you eat when you go out during the weekends . It’s very difficult not to have outside food even once a week .. can you kindly suggest a food that can had in vegetarian option when we go to hotels to still keep on track with the diet plan . Thank you in advance 😊

Some can skip bf , normal lunch and dinner very light and still feel normal. To try to loose weight nutritional diet is imp. It can be fulfilled in lunch or bf. Those who can’t stand skipping bf , need to try having light weight low carb food for morning bf and night. This can gradually reduce the hungre. Every day our body feels energetic based on how good nutritional food we take the previous day. We cannot tune a body with a timetable. Body reacts differently every single day. Eat when hungry Limit overeating Limits is the key. Skipping one time food will be helpful for people who tend to put on weight easily even with a normal diet. Some skip food totally.
