Nick Wright is one of the biggest LeBron James defenders in the media and has recently dropped some pretty hot takes regarding Michael Jordan. Hope you enjoy.
Idgaf about stats or accolades. I based it on the "eye test" having seen both play. There is no fucking doubt in my mind that MJ is the better player. No question.
I totally agree. Have never seen LBJ or Kobe as locked in and in control of the game on both sides for the entire game like Jordan. 6-0 in the Finals, 6 Finals MVPs, 5 MVPs, 10 scoring titles. He will never be duplicated.
@@jakestephens9992 the only player today that is similar to MJ is Kevin Durant. because KD can move without the ball and doesn’t slow down the whole offense just to iso for 10 seconds. MJ did all his damage in the flow of the offense, sometimes only needing to take one dribble or catch and shoot.
Exactly! I’ve watched both their careers. I don’t think we’ll ever see anything like MJ again. At least not from a guard. Lol! MJ would absolutely DESTROY this league today. I might get roasted for this but I would take Tim Duncan over LeBron. Maybe! I confess I do forget how dominant LJ has been over the last 19 years.
@@yinyang6414 he uses stats out of context, then other stats to prop up LBJ but at same time will use it against guys like MJ/Kobe/KD/Jokic etc There’s a reason why LBJ fans love him. They think just like him, or wait that’s right they just steal from him and try to pass off as the truth.
Excellent point! Ridiculous that people made that claim (including LBJ) when you add that we all know many of the 6 Bulls championship teams were much better team than the '16 Warriors.
Thank u my brother real talk .. took words out my mouth the mamba before that injury was tearing his young ass up with those signature Jordan moves with that mamba sauce on it.. fuc labumme and his sneakers. My collection only has two brothas Jordan Kobe. No more no less..
Agreed !!! Even Bird and Magic were better players for their each respective teams. They were pressure 4th quarter players didn't flop and whine on and off the court and lastly didn't chase championships jumping from team to team !!!
This is why LeFlop's points total isn't impressive. Any who is 6'8" and at least slightly athletic could score the types of baskets he typically gets. Dunking/layups on an unprotected rim. I watched highlights from him passing Malone. One of the highlights (might be the actual bucket to pass the Mailman) he catches the ball (travels) and dunks or does a layup( i dont remember how it went in.) What I do remember is: There are two defenders that just stand there. Literally as if it were a layup drill in practice. Barely moved a muscle. Now compare that to Jordan going around Oakley and another knick, and dunking over the top of Ewing. Or watch a full game from the ECF against the Bad Boys in 89 and 90. Then realise Jordan averaged 29.7 in 89ECF and over 32ppg in 90ECF while being hammered by the (arguably) dirtiest team in NBA history.
@@sosaraycharles358 I haven't seen enough of Giannis's games. He came in around the time I gave up on the NBA. I haven't really been interested in it since 2012ish and haven't watched a full game since 2017. If most of Giannis's scoring is done with what is essentially a practice layup/dunk drill on an unprotected rim, then no, it isn't impressive.

The 3-1 comeback was impressive, but a one game Draymond suspension and Andrew Boguts injury was more than enough to help the cavaliers. People focus too much on points and don’t realize how losing those two completely eliminated the warriors inside presence.

Dwade in 2006 was a better comback than the 3-1. Dwade average 34 and had two players average 15. Lebron average 29 and got 27 from Kyrie and 10 apiece from Smith and Thompson who also average 10rebounds.
@@bobbyd1632 it was clearly rigged because they wanted to prolong Lebron’s legacy. They had no idea GSW would get KD and eliminate the ability to be cheated again. So they took Kobe’s death as a chance to gift him another ring. Kobe is better than Lebron imho.
In this one he keeps on talking about, "did you guys make your mind up ten years ago that Jordan was better than LBJ?" I distinctly remember articles coming out after LBJ won his FIRST title that he was already better than MJ back then. Absolute ridiculousness, thats the type of shit that added to the Lebron hate

Lebron in 9th place with an over the top loaded roster of superstars 😂 he’s the bum in the GOAT conversation every time. There’s several players greater than LeChina James. Jordan shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same sentence as any other player in history. They should be comparing James to the other greats who didn’t need damn near 20 seasons to rack up stats
Look how the pro LBJ media is slowly trying to shift the narrative now, if they get in the playoffs it’s gonna be about how he “carried” that “trash” team to the playoffs at 40 years old (really 36-37 but we know LBJ fans love to round out his age for a more dramatic narrative).
Imma say this. The other night he was on the floor closing the game with Gabriel, Johnson, reeves ,himself and monk. What superstars does Lebron have beside AD who is more injured than not?If AD aint playing he doesnt count if Lebron has him or not on his team .Dont u agree ?
It's the right way to see it. I love a good debate about this sort of thing... when it comes to anyone EXCEPT Jordan... because it isn't fun. I will argue Bird against LeBron to anyone who will listen... or not tell me to shut up. I like the position comparison better... and I think it's an easy argument... doesn't mean he is better... and doesn't mean LeBron isn't great. Compared to Jordan though... they are all interchangeable parts. Tim Duncan is the "goat" of interchangeable parts btw ;-P
No one should take Nick Wright seriously. He honestly tweeted and believed that KD was the best player in the NBA OVER LeBron in 2014. The guy is a running joke.

Big debate, way closer than u think and MJ isn’t winning if u look at all the facts and not the 6 chips. Never won without Pippen but let’s overlook that
LeBron started with good hopes to challenge Jordan's greatness during his early cavs years. To me, it crumbled more and more since his bandwaggon to miami, ridiculous floppings, finding excuses after each post season defeat, claiming himself goat.
Lol losing in 07 17 and 18 isn’t an excuse tho that’s y’all problem. You can’t look at anything objectively. Good players with no help don’t win chips, teams do. A goat is someone who is drafted to a historically consistent losing organization and through disappointment, adversity, grit and determination turns that organization into one of the greatest dynasties in NBA history. I watched Michael Jordan play through all those losses in the playoffs to Boston and Detroit. It forged him into the winner that he became. If LeBron had stayed in Cleveland and then won 3 chips and an asterisk then he may have a case of top 2-5 players of all time, but he didn’t. He chose the easy road and that’s why I and other people don’t respect him.
@miguelzaibatsu that was seriously the dumbest comment i have ever read. jordan has the highest career points per game in history. and highest career points per game in playoffs. how is that trash at scoring? and probably 80% of nba players say he would be AVERAGING 40 to 50 in today's game. the defense was wayy more aggressive then than it is today. a single player getting a game high score doesnt mean anything. look at david robinson. he scored 71 points because he was in the running for most season points against shaq, and his entire team made sure he took all the shots. what you just said has to be the most ignorant and idiotic thing i have heard in an extremely long time
Lebron spent his prime playing in the weak east surrounded by multiple all stars in a soft flopping era..the conversation should have been over in 07 when he couldn't rally his team to win even a single game.,but people gave him a pass..but in 2011 he choked and lost again that should have been it..he's playing in a weak conference with multiple all stars and role players he wants to play with! For fucks sake how many passes does he get?
Mr Jerome you are not alone in your thoughts LeBron got took out of the GOAT talk for me also but his fanboys will disagree and that's okay we all know the truth
What fools like Nick Right and Shannon NEVER bring up or acknowledge is that this entire “debate” ended before bron won his first championship… the min he decided to take his talents to south beach and turn the settings from all madden down to starter, it was over… Nick will try to make a case that MJ quit… but HE NEVER mentions that bron literally quit playing in Cleveland because he couldn’t get over the hump… right their it was over…
The funny thing about LeBron going to Miami is that cleveland were favorites to get to the finals those last two years. They had the best record in the conference and NBA too. He did quit. He quit in the middle of a playoff series against Boston. Cavs were even favorites over Boston
help me understand how that matters again? if feel like that makes him more objective about Jordan... wasnt influenced by all the market gimmicks of making him look like he could do no wrong
The hilarity is that NO ONE mentions that Lebron hasn't played defense consistently since 2015. That might be a just as big a reason as not beating the mavericks. People seriously undervalue how much seeing your leader go all out on defense makes the rest of the team do it too.

This is better than a lot of #1 guys and he was doing this as a second option. Not to mention how he had the most ppg average in the finals (at that point) by a second option ever. You’d think he was shooting bricks or that LBJ was going 1 on 5 the way LBJ fans speak about that series.
Every time James fans argue Jordon had the greatest complementary player in pippen and the best coach ever and all his competition were complete and total trash but LeBron always played against God's and all his super star help were bums pulled off the street. The mental gymnastics to sustain that fantasy is astounding

I believe this is Lebrons issue. During part of Lebrons prime the big question was Kobe or Lebron, and in a huge part of basketball players opinions it was Kobe. During MJs prime there wasn’t one person that thought any other player was better. Basically from 87 until 98 everyone knew who the best player was.
Facts!! The only time there was even remotely a debate or conversation was in 1992 when bunch of news and media outlets were saying Drexler (who was 2nd in MVP behind MJ) was a better and more versatile shooter because Drexler is just a much better 3 point shooter and thus could outplay Jordan with that ability but in the NBA Finals Jordan put all that to rest after famously saying "He's a better 3 point shooter than I let him be"
I get a laugh out of nick wright using jordan having not led the playoffs in assists or rebounds throughout any playoffs. Who cares? For all the stats lebron accumulated , he still lost. And why would jordan lead in rebounds as a guard in a league full of true bigs? Why would he lead in assists in a system where there was no true PG? Makes no sense nick.
Does Nick Wright even know the role of each basketball position? Jordan is a shooting guard and Lebron is a shooting forward position whose roles is to get rebounds.
The reason I can’t say 2013 Lebron is objectively one of the best ever is because he was playing with a super team. It makes it so much easier to gets stats and open shots when defenses have so many other threats to worry about.

@@headnogood2 I’ve never seen the media gravitate toward a player when they didn’t win like they do LBJ. Case in point: your Lakers today. LBJ dominates the narrative, even though other players got chips during his tenure as the “best player in the league.” LBJ gets the NBA storyline by hype. MJ earned it with winning chips. MJ sent legends retiring without rings. MJ is a winner. LBJs finals appearances are good, but not closing the deal keeps him from having the reputation at being a flat out winner.
Lebron got that chip in '16 and became complacent (partly do to his megafans). Now he thinks he can add to his (thought) goat resume by accumulating the stats. The thing that he and his fans dont realize is that while Lebron's stats will be remembered and noted, what also will be remembered and noted is HOW LONG it took to achieve the stats not only collectively, but PROPORTIONALLY. When it's all factored, something will stand out: .....Jordan achieved more than Lebron in lesser time....
and the media keep on using Lebron's dunk on Terry as top dunks of all time just to miss this fact lol That dunk's no big deal lol I even cringe Bron need to stare down a smaller guard pfft
And he was like 35 about to retire. LeBron reignited Terry's career lol made him stick around a few more years. Lol For me...if your teammates need to push you into defensive position...you lose all rights to being called a 🐐.
The entire NBA feared Michael Jordan. Jordan was so dominant he had to invent reasons or make up slights in order to motivate himself to play at his absolute best. No one fears Lebron James in that way. 1:08-1:12 LBJ groupies everywhere can relate to that feeling, look at him struggling to find an answer. Take a look in the mirror LBJ fans, that is really you. They never have a case for LBJ over MJ’s accomplishments. There’s a reason why they call his era “weak”, that he had a “superteam” bc it’s the only way for them to convince themselves those accolades mean nothing. That’s why you also see them make up pointless criteria for the goat title that favors LBJ. I mean take a look at this... Finals losses Less first round losses Accumulative stats “What if” scenarios I’m sure there’s more but look at that, I’ve never heard LBJ fans praise a guy like Karl Malone for having 3 finals losses, boosting him up bc he lost to MJ twice, having more points than him, being 2nd all time (at the time) in scoring. That’s not a goat case, only until LBJ came in the league and started racking up stats, having more shortcomings than wins is when shit flipped.
The superteam argument only really works for the 96-97 Bulls. The 91-93 Bulls were great, but outside of Jordan they only had Pippin as the other HOF players and Pippin wasn't even an All-Star in 91. Most NBA fans probably couldn't name half of the 91-93 roster. The 98 Bulls was running on fumes with Pippin being out for most of the season and having a bad back and Rodman being burnt out by that point.
It goes both ways y’know. Before Lebron came into the league, rings weren’t the standard for greatness. Jordan was considered the greatest with 1 or 2 rings. But now, rings are all that matter. But of course, if / when somebody gets more rings than MJ in the future, rings suddenly won’t matter anymore. If Jordan has the most rings, rings are everything. If he doesn’t, the goalposts are moved and rings ain’t the standard anymore.
Jordan never asked for help. LeBron James always need help to win period. Nick ask ur self why LeBron James didn't win his first ring n Cleveland Y he joined with bosh n wade. Jordan won all his rings with the bulls period he never said i need help. LeBron James can't do it but 😢 for players to come n help him win
While Jordan never asked for help in the way Lebron has, Jordan did complain about how much his team didn't help. Which is why he played the Point Guard at one point to build up the confident of his team. There is actually a good video about this.
Jordan recruited denis rodman lol he never really asked for more help than lebron did but thats only because he had a incredible front office lebron didn’t.

This is why looking at just stats and not actually having viewed these players playing entire games and seasons is folly. If you could put Jordan In a time machine and let his prime years be in Bron's era and Send back Bron to Mike's era....🤣🤣🤣🤣 Bron would still be a great player but not as great....for as long. Why? Because his greatest strength his size and speed wouldn't be as great an advantage under the rules and style on NBA play. He could not play bully ball as effectively. Defense could more effectively keep the ball out of his hands....he would have been beat on like Shaq was...more injuries..... Jordan in LeBron's era of touch fouls...eurosteps...no handchecking....increased 3pt attempts which lead to even more runouts...Jordan would lead the NBA in scoring....steals....blocks probably and assists if he desired. He also would have been more efficient longer without the wear and tear of physicality and recruiting two all NBA players to be beside him each year so you could never effectively double and triple team every trip down court.

4:34 If Stockton and Malone won championship then yes why not they are in conversation of greatest of all time especially Karl Malone Karl Malone would have 5 scoring title and multiple championship if it wasn't for Jordan he would be literally regarded as greatest power forward of all time Longevity alone doesn't matter but championship plus longevity that's a complete different story
Everything you just said is true…but guess who stopped him from winning those championships, MJ. Guess who stopped him from winning those scoring titles, MJ. Guess who stole his lunch in the final seconds of a game he was winning and made the game winning shot, MJ. Also, to whom more is given, then more is expected. People say Bron is the most complete player ever, makes his teammates better, and does more with less. But he’s had 19 seasons in this league and won 4times? All this time playing with two, if not one of the superstars in the league in their primes. How on earth he was deemed underdog in that 2016 finals is just beyond me. Having the supposed “GOAT”, skilled player in Kyrie, rebounding scorer in Love and a capable rebounding defender in Tristan. How are you an underdog in this situation. Yes, Curry won MVP but he was no way in hell better than Bron, just like Barkley winning MVP and meeting MJ in the final.
@@gideonarhin8287 you're absolutely right. It is what it is. At the end of the day, I don't think I ever heard any pro athlete get the excuses LeBron gets. That's why he's not the GOAT. Too many excuses for failing. I don't want to hear ish about the warriors. Those are the same warriors that LeBron fans tell me should have lost the fist time and should have lost to the Thunder the following year.
9:37. Not true. Reason Mike is clearly better than both Kareem and LBJ is because of his PEAK. MJ’s peak is much higher than both of them. That’s the issue.
@@classicdufferin8739 MJ was in an Expansion Era that added 7 teams in 8 years. That’s very little elite talent dispersed and a lot of bad teams to beat down
good take. when MJ was in his peak the other team experienced 3 years of drought. then 2 years of good weather then back to 3 years of drought again lmao.
@@Cheif_Espada it does in terms of individual stats but guess what? MJ’s peak his individual stats were better than anyone’s in the history of the league aside from Wilt PLUS a threepeat. Wilt never did that. He won TWO rings in total. SO NEXT ARGUMENT please. Peak INCLUDES team success PLUS individual abilities/impact/stats
They never want that to happen though, bc it’s about ratings and sucking viewers in. If someone was to provide all of the facts that MJ is better there wouldn’t be any topic to discuss later on.
@@Safsaf10 🤦♂️ todays athletes have less fundamentals and it’s easier to score with less physicality. Jordan would kill todays athletes and he would have jacked up more 3 point shots in todays soft no big man era
@Roy S. Do you realize how talented players are nowadays compared to the past? You clearly don't understand the gap. Competition now is light years ahead of those days.
@@Safsaf10 There are aspects of the game and players today that are advanced for multiple reasons, and aspects that have declined from players past so it goes both ways. But to say players today are “light years ahead” of players 20-30 years ago shows that you’re someone that doesn’t understand the game of basketball and that you’re simple minded when it comes to this topic. Saying things like, “MJ played against plumbers” proves my point about how simple minded you are.
Nick HAS to be getting paid from lebron/klutch sports. Nick is logical except when it comes to lebron vs Jordan. Jordan is clearly the better player, lebron dont even play defense smh. How did lebron skip the line and bypass Kareem, Magic, Bird, Kobe ect. And go straight to Jordan comparisons? It has to be for ratings
Former ESPN analysts have come forward and admitted that they were forced to push the LeBron vs. Jordan debate. When they JUST finished the Jordan vs. Kobe debate 🤦♂️🤣. They said they got soo tired of it...but lebrons company had some sort of pull w the network and forced them to do it.
It was over the moment he left Cleveland the first team to go join wade and Bosh…Jordan built up his championship teams - he didn’t leave and go team up and create stacked teams…
MJ has won 6 would have been 8 in a row if he didn't retire to play baseball. Hes the GOAT! There will never be another player like him in our life time. Case closed nothing to see here.
He might have a blemish on his finals record if he didn't step away. You mj stans are really funny yall bring up 6 and 0 like he has the most chip ever 11 and 1 is way better than 6 so bring something other rhan 6 and 0
*MATH QUESTION* MJ career ppg is 30.1 and his career spg is 2.3. If his career total pts is 32,292 and his career total steal is 2,514. He retired twice in his prime, and missed almost 4-5 seasons. What would be his career total pts and assists if he didn't retired twice? What would be his ranking in career total PTS and STL? *Clue :* He missed 361 games (147 games in 1994-1995; and 214 games in 1999-2001)
U R right there isn't any debate the only thing MJ will have more of is chips... But he doesn't have the most chips... That would be B Russell with 11 R Horry 7
"Got no help" Irving outscored curry in both finals they faced and held him to 30% shooting in the 7th game of the 2016 finals, plus ...hit the bomb in his face.
@@Cheif_Espada 1998 pippen didn't play for half of the year and the bulls still made it to the finals and won the with pippen playing hurt and scored just 8 points in the final game. 2011 withe big 3, all that help and got beat by JJ barrea, left the ghost with just 8 points, the dude is 5:8". All that help and got neat by the old spurs in 2014 and iguadola in 2015, all that help in his prime years
@@alfonsoterrero8840 kurkoc was the only guy who was averaging double digits. Rodman wasn't the same and pippen had injuries also was horrible in the finals, jordan carried that team. Yet u have bronsexuals claiming pippen carried him but Don't talk about 1997 and other years where pippen had bad games and jordan took over also won the bulls a game
Even then his argument will hold no weight. The superteam creations are still there, the shortcomings are still there, the bad clutch fg% in the finals are still there, him having to do all of that in 20+ years while MJ did that in less time etc On to the next player to compare to MJ, the door was half way closed for LBJ after 2007 then completely shut in 2010 with his superteam creation followed by the biggest choke job ever.
Still not. He’s lost 6 finals, ring chased and joined other teams best player 3 different times, and he took way more years, finals appearances, and the nba changed the defensive rules, to help him score easier.
MJ never lost to lower seeds playoff teams. Lebron lost to lower seeds in 2011 nba finals, 2010 Conf semifinals, 2009 Conference finals. Lebron needs to surpass the standards jordan set, to surpass Jordan, without any biases attached, and he can’t do that unless he has a time machine, and gets to start all over with a clean slate.
Listening to Nick always makes me lose brain cells. I am certain that he's just a paid internet troll because I refused to believe that he actually believes what he's saying.
I feel like all these pundits on ESPN on FSN don't really believe most of what they're saying. They're just trying to fill hours on 24 hour sports networks and providing cat nip for the cheap seats.
Jordan as a rookie averaged 28-6-6 on 51% FG and led his team to the playoffs…. That’s better than most peoples MVP seasons and he did that as a rookie !
It aint even longevity. Lebron has 8 7 game series while Jordan only has 3. Struggling through the playoffs will obviously generate more totals than simply destroying your opponents. Jordan playing best of 5 first round series also reduces his totals.
Great work fam! Chris Broussard is stealing your content😂😂😂. And he still doesn't do a good job! Smh. We need more channels like this. Talk FACTZ. Not this media driven bullshit.
The fact that Nick Wright and Skip Bayless don’t have at least one segment together annually is one of the greatest tragedies in sports. It’s the sports media equivalent of clash of the titans.
The only thing Nick accomplishes by bringing up Kareem is pointing out the fact that LeBron ain't even better than Kareem and I add in something else. He ain't better than magic Johnson neither and he might not be better than Larry Bird. Depending on whether or not you count the black lives matter bubble championship.
The 95-96 Bulls went 72-10 and only lost 3 game in the playoffs that year The 15-16 Warriors went 73-9 and lost 9 games in the playoffs that year and lost in the Finals and almost lost to the Thunder with Westbrick.
1. The discussion was over in 2011 2. LBJ saw two people at his position WIN MVP in the finals. 3. 30 points at 37 years old is great IF YOU IGNORE that he gives up about 15 points on defense due to lack of effort and I'll timed 3s that lead to fast break points for the other team. 4. Nick is comparing LBJ in a spread the court, no big to clog the lane offense, with no handshaking to MJ in his era. It's LAUGHABLE! Nick is silly and has recency bias. I ignore his nonsense for the most part. LBJ couldn't even get more eyes on his bubble championship than MJ had on his Last Dance documentary.... Game Set Match
Nick and Shannon are just embarrassing. They say the most absurd things to help lebron. Like Shannon says lebron make his teammates better. But now that it's clear as day that lebron never made his teammates better. He just traded them and ran to se of the best players in the league. Shannon now says, I'm just watching to see how many points lebron scores. Or the lakers are losing, but lebron is winning. Str8 up hypocrite.
If it was crowning Lebron the Goat after three rings is Nicks argument. Why isn't Steph Curry the Goat. He got his three beating Lebron. Why isn't Kobe Bryant the Goat. He Three peated and did a repeat. Well Jordan three peated. Took a year off. three peated (AGAIN) Lebron repeated once. Beat the Warriors 1/4 times. And got a BIG* Astericks Bubble Championship. He's lost more than he's won. He's had more help. He's taken a longer time to do it. So congrats Lebron, you're a slightly more successful Karl Malone. That's still an accomplishment but you're no GOAT, You're a ScapeGOAT. Runs, Quits or Blames when the Competition is its toughest.
How does Nick leave out THAT KYRIE AVERAGE 40PTS THE LAST 3 GAMES OF THAT SERIES AND HIT THE GAME WINNING SHOT TO SEAL THE DEAL FOR THAT COMEBACK FOR THAT CHAMPIONSHIP 🏆
They don't. It's retaliation after over a decade of psychopath Jordan stans like the kid who made this video trying to discredit everything he's done out of insecurity.
Jordan’s argument for being the goat. Perfect combination of individual stats, accolades and team success 1) 6 chips 6-0 2) 6 FMvPs nba record 3) 5 regular season MVPs only Kareem has more and won an mvp without making the playoffs 4) 10 scoring titles nba record 5) 3 steals titles 6) DPoY (only Hakeem, Giannis have won both mvp and DPoY in the same season) 7) 72-10…. Best wins record for a team that won the chip same year 8) highest scoring average both regular season and post season 9) 9 time all first defensive team tied with Kobe and KG for most first team all defensive selections 10) highest PER all time
& Kareem is a 6 time champion, but respectfully, Kareem was only best player on 3 of them with 2 mvps(because he was injured). & that Lakers roster was loaded through the whole 80s.
Don’t forget that he also played with the big O Oscar Robertson, Bob dandrige, Adrian dantley, norm Nixon, Lou Hudson, Michael cooper, magic Johnson, James worthy. That’s 5 hall of famers in there, Kareem was always surrounded by talent.
It SHOULD be 4 MVPs...In the 1980 Finals Magic had a GREAT series : 21.5 ppg/11.2 rpg/8.7 apg/ 2.7 apg Kareem averaged : 33.4 ppg/13.6 rpg/3.2 apg/4.6 bpg. It's close but I would've given the MVP to Kareem
@@twilitezn I agree but Kareem got hurt & didn’t play game & Magic played center, & scored 40 that game. & that would’ve made 3 had he won not 4. He only has 2 fmvps.
It’s hilarious hearing Nick Wright and Shannon Sharpe claiming a 27 game winning streak is more impressive than 6 titles in 8 years. These guys know they’re clowns.
MJ: Scoring, Mid-Range, Free-throws, Ball-Handling, Shot Creating, Offensive IQ, Clutch (How do you finish the last 5 mins of a ball game), Killer Instinct, On-ball defense, Steals, Help Defense, Defensive IQ, and MJ is just better offensively and defensively. LBJ: 3's, finishing, passing, rebounding, efficiently, blocks (I guess...), off-ball steals and that it.
Ive watched the NBA since i was 5. Im 47 now never did i see Jordan give up and disappear in the finals, thats what ive seen in Ladrunk countless times.
I watched MJ play from about 1988 (I was about 8 years old) through his retirement and I’ve watched Bron’s entire career. MJ is better and it’s not even close.
Not only are total accumulative stats not a good measure of how good a player is, you can even make a case that averages can also be very misleading because they highly depend on an era in which player is playing. Luka Doncic has better stats than Kobe. Jokic has better stats than Shaq. Giannis has probably the best stats since Wilt. But it is obvious that these 3 guys are not better.
Nick Wright is a 4x Mental Gymnastics world champion. Remember that time Lebron only dropped 8 points in a finals game? What was MJ's lowest point total in a finals game, Nick?
