I’ve been following you for a few years now and EVERY part of your journey has been so relatable ! I was gearing up to join the Air Force fall 2022 right after losing my oldest brother that summer …. I only had to drop 15 lbs and then my grandmother passed away …. A few months later my best friend committed suicide …..I fell into a deep depression and ate and drank so much food and alcohol on top of starting birth control I gained an extra 35 lbs….. I lost all hope and confidence in myself. Fast forward to today , 3 weeks into my NEW LIFE journey I have lost 7lbs and gained so much more mental , spiritual and emotional clarity and strength. On the journey to drop 43lbs and hop on my enlistment journey!!!!! Thank you for NEVER giving up and ALWAYS showing up for not only yourself but US! We love you Dominga! ☺️💜💜💜🤞🏾

Wow thank you for sharing this. I know exactly how that loss feels like and what it does to our mental and how it leads to weight gain and really just so much heartache 😔 I’m still working through my loss and it’s definitely hard trying to show everyone my ups and downs when I havnt even completely healed from that, I’m sure you understand. One thing I’ll say is leaning on Jesus more and more through this time is how I’ve been able to have peace. Thank you so much for sharing. And exactly, it’s just taking everything one step at a time and continually trusting in God that his plans are perfect and his burden is light. 💕💕 Matthew 11:28-30 NIV 28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” ❤️❤️❤️

Wow I remember two years ago when I first was looking to join I came across your channel. I haven’t seen anything of yours since but I’m so glad to see you made it in! After having two kids I’m pursuing it again. I’ve got to lose nearly 30lbs. But this video just motivated me.

Dominga, You are inspiring. You are gonna get your goals and be able to sustain them because of your persistence and drive. Personally, I get overwhelmed when looking at a whole picture such as wanting to lose weight, change eating habits etc. I find that a “habit tracker” really helps! Set about 4 healthy habits you want to create for yourself and you can check them each off everyday for a period of time, I say 4 weeks with checking a habit off everyday is super effective. You got this girl!!!!

intermittent fasting is great. Lost 50 lbs in 3 months awhile back doing that with cardio

When your doing intermittent fasting, if I workout early hours in the day and don’t eat hours later when my eating window starts, does that effect muscle growth? Any suggestions or help would greatly be appreciated. I need help

@@Big-mike07126it does make a difference, as it is best to have your protein intake evenly spread throughout the day, but as long as you are getting enough protein in total, and feel ok during your workouts you will be good
