This is a settlement build tour at Abernathy Farm from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects (with a little help from Place Everywhere). This is a Minuteman protected farming and trading settlement.
In front of the existing pylon house a small village has been setup to house the settlements workers, along with a bar and a row of shops. The farm has been expanded behind the pylon house, along with a large greenhouse and some additional crop fields. The ground floor of the pylon house has been split up into a bar, kitchen, bathroom, and a single and double room for travellers to rent. On the first floor there is now a seating area and a bedroom for Blake and Connie, along with balconies overlooking the front and rear of the building, with an extra room for Lucy and private balcony on the top floor.
This settlement ended up being much larger than I expected but still runs relatively well. I did encounter several issues with settler pathing which I was unable to fix (Connie and Blake sadly just love to walk into solid walls), and also had problems with the vendors not working. This can be corrected by adding the cells the traders are located in to the settlement area via the Creation Kit, and will include this fix as an optional file when the blueprint is released.
You may also notice that there are some extra objects used in the build that are not normally available. These are all vanilla objects that have been added via the console, and will not require any additional mods if using the blueprint (when available).
Overall really pleased with how this turned out (even if it did seem to take forever to get done), and surprised for its size the game still runs reasonably well 😁
