Madonna's sexually charged videos surely caused controversy but the TV stations eventually played them at certain hours. This was the first time Madonna retreated but the damage was done and the boycott was real. Why? You can expose the sexual hypocrisy of the USA but don't you dare expose how much "the land of the free" costs to periferic countries.

G'day it's Steven from Down Under I recognise most of the reviewers/reactors here. I recall when this music video was released around 2003, in fact I remember there were two versions of this music video. There's meaning behind all of Madonna's music, it's provocative and real, unfortunately there was some backlash towards Madonna at the time too. It's all true but sad. All hail the Queen of Pop

Director was Jonas Akerlund, so that being said, it doesn't surprise me the raw imagery 🖤 the raw reality. No wonder this video had to be edited to not being cancelled

I was in the 7th grade and terrified of the war. I still can't watch footage of 9/11. I was so mad when she didn't release the but looking back...can you imagine if she did? It would be career suicide. I love when Madonna is REAL. Americans at the time weren't having it though.

not copyrights. she deleted it herself. there's fight between madonna fans and her on twitter. she said she won't do madonna's debut album reaction because of madonna's age or something. she's gaga stan.
