1) Put 3 turns of olive oil in a bowl 2) Add 2 or 3 cloves of garlic, chopped and removed from the internal stem 3) Add a little chilli pepper and salt 4) Mix the ingredients well 5) Cook 200 gr. of short pasta in salted water 6) Drain the pasta al dente and place it in the bowl 7) Add 50 gr. of grated pecorino cheese 8) Add a little pasta cooking water and mix vigorously until you create a cream 9) Add a little chopped parsley and Bon Appetito!
