After Saber is taken by Caster, the group heads to the Kotomine church to try to get her back. While there, the tide of the war shifts as Rin loses her most trusted ally, just on the fringe of forcing him to admit to the secrets he’d been keeping. There are a lot of comments about butts.

For those wondering about the Canadian subtitles, those were never made by us. We did go through and clean them up frequently (removing references to other parodies when we caught them, for example, as well as taking out stolen jokes from other creators) but those were always fan contributed. As fans no longer have the tools on RU-vid to freely contribute subtitles in a collaborative manner, I'm afraid they'll no longer be available on future videos.

I mean, he didn't specifically intend to help them, it was kinda just that by the end, since Shiro had learned about Archers past and that didn't break him, Archer kinda just shrugged and was like "I guess that's good enough cognitive development. Peace out." At least, that's how it seemed from what I remembered of UBW.

Funnily enough, Vader is more like Sakura (horrible childhood conditions, strong magical potential but held back, shows jelousy towards an older sibling figure, has attatchment issues towards this one person who they would do anything to protect, manipulated by an evil being into commiting horrible acts, the ending themes of the HF Trilogy even sounds like it would fit Vader)

Command seals are 90% intention (which is why they can go off without meaning to if you're not careful). They compel the servant to do exactly what you intend them to do. Unfortunately this doesn't allow for lawyering or semantics on the servant's part.

It's just harder to do so then simply doing that and the simpler the order the less they can do about it, too broad and you get a Archer situation where he's lightly penalized for disobeying rather then stopped. And since there's a 90% chance he knew Shirou was there he'd probably minimum pull a Irish hero and take two for the price of one.

I believe he was actually termed as a Guardian, rather than a heroic spirit, as his deeds in life led him to him finally realizing his dream; and then promptly scoffing at the result of his dream.

Okay the Confession Scene, literally 10/10 for me. Besides it being heartwarming and hilarious. I love the way it played into make this a hard ship sell, but if you actual read into the characters of who the are, you get to see why what traits attracts them to each other. Shirou said it best in list when asked, passionate and hardworking. Confidence and perseverance are attractive qualities. He even said traits to call him out when hes being reckless, and yea he’s needs someone to stop his sacrificial lamb mentality. Im no Fate fanboy by any means, so im out of my depth when talking about this. But in all routes, Shirou ends up with someone different based on the choices he makes. I like to think that in life you could end up with anyone really, but its the choices and experiences we make that ultimately decides our fate. These two could end up with anyone else, in a number of possibilities, and is confirm in the routes we’ve seen, but they end up choosing each other. I don’t know why, I find that kind of sweet. Two stubborn people refuse to listen to anyone, even fate it self. Also, how Shirou goes to town in simping for Rin BOOTY is 10/10 writing, and does justice in saying what I wanted to say to her. Even if Rin isn’t your waifu, You can’t deny that ASS.

It's my favorite type of abridging; the condensing of information and repeating it in a parodied format. It doesn't really change what's presented in the original but instead strips away all the flowery language and gets straight to the point, while also often making comedic commentary about either the content or presentation.

I mean, technically speaking, it doesn't summon those Eldritch Gods either. The cases you are referring in normal circumstances are about people blessed with some of those Eldritch Gods's powers. The other cases (those that are fully out of the norm) do have some Eldritch Gods summoned within the vessel of other servants (like for Van Gogh) or of humans. However, those cases also include the ones where normal gods and phantasmal beings can be summoned as servants within vessels. Lucifer could technically be summoned in such a way, so that isn't what is meant here.

@@raymundoserna3449 In the Medea's legend her husband Jason, yes that Jason, left her and their two sons to marry a younger princess. So she made a dress laced with poison that killed the princess and the king when he tried to cradle her corpse. The poison actually set them on fire. In this case the poison in the dress only serves to bit by bit break down the incredible resolve and willpower of saber to turn her into an obedient slave.

But good God, that story of how Jason left Medea and their sons for another princess, causing Medea to seek vengeance by poisoning the dress is pretty scary. Edit: I also read further into the story of Medea, and it turns out that she also killed the two sons that she had with Jason. Talk about dark.

To be fair, at least you've got a slightly less demanding New Episode release tradition than I do when it comes to this (Rewatch the whole abridged every episode, Rewatch all of Fate, including Zero, Aporcapha-or however you spell that one - FSN, both original and UBW, and then the Abridged, at this point, I've got most of it memorised.)

@@jackbelmont4389 love the fact that the only reason Medea didn't get punished for ANYTHING was because she never broke the oath and she was favored by Hera (IIRC). Like she made a poison dress and crown that made that made Jason's wife #2 catch fire and then killed the King because whoever touched the dress also dies and Killed her children out of revenge. But because of not breaking oath and Hera liked her, she got off Scott free.

@@jackbelmont4389 no , Medea actually had a good ending. Her son Medus , born when she slept with the father of Theseus , had overthrow Medea's uncle , Perses, then he ruled Colchis. So , it's pretty easy to assume that Medea had lived the rest of her days in Colchis.

Medea pretty much broke every single big rule that the Greeks had that would automatically have the gods smite you or sent to Tartarus or both yet she gets away scot free while Jason alone suffers which he totally deserved but Medea became just as bad. After everything she did they honestly deserve each other. They're both scumbags.

So, the thought occurs. Kazuki's phrase "I was born at a young age" could apply equally as well, if not better to Shirou. As a being, the entity Shirou emiya, was born at the physical age of seven.

@@festethephule7553 no problem. Shirou Emiya, as in the identity, was formed in the great fuyuki fire and it's aftermath. Where he was seven years old. He's also repressing his prior memories to hell and back.
