My only warning for people who want thin 90s brows is to shave it off instead of plucking it. My mom's brows never recovered from the 90s! I've actually been thinking about shaving the ends of my eyebrows too!
My mom plucked her eyebrows entirely off (sorta accidentally) once when I was a kid, and because of that I have never touched my eyebrows with tweezers lol
Yes, only pluck where you never want them to come back. I recommend using small scissors and trim them. This is what I have done for years and it keeps them healthy and have the shape I want.
My aunt just had her 50th birthday, and she still has barely any eyebrows due to over plucking in the 90's. They're extremely sparse, she literally has nothing there. So yeah, if you really want those 90's brows, do not pluck, you'd be better of shaving.
Haha, yep, 43 here and my brows will never recover! Plus side: I don’t have to wax or pluck anymore, but my brows have really felt irrelevant the past ten years since they could never step into that full bushy-brow trend! 🤣
The mini lasted me from early December-2 weeks ago thay Cali ray mascara is my all time favorite ever!! My eyes are ridiculously watery && I can’t wear most mascaras. That one does it all!
If you like a no-base, scattered, wet look sparkle, check out the fenty diamond bomb (white one - can't speak for the other variations) - I bought it when it first came out and still love it to this day :)
I found the Flower concealer and I’m absolutely loving it. Good coverage, doesn’t crease and makes my under eyes smoother than a lot of my other concealers
I personally have always loved a thinner brow on myself, everytime I try to pull off a thicker brow it just doesn’t at all suit my face-so I agree, I think that there are many people who look much more flattered with a 90s brow but everyone’s face has different needs
I have naturally pretty broad brows (thanks Dad) but not super thick, so they end up pretty shapeless around the edges if I leave them 'natural. Plucking them down quite a bit has always been my go to and, because I'm working with what my brows are like and not just following a trend, theyve never seemed particularly thin because they suit my face. Again, it's all about the individual face and brows!
Just order the candle from Savant and so excited. I’ve been following Ingrid for years and always contemplating ordering her candle, wasn’t sure about a scent. Your review did for me 😊
That flower beauty sponge is a blast from the past for me! I remember rawbeautykristi raving about it and loving it before the pandemic! I’ll have to try it out again!
Sonia kashuk has a sponge that's similar to the flower one that I love. It works super well barely damp/dry and is pointed well for concealer on one side!
Hi Kelly! I really appreciate that you use cruelty free products❤ I noticed there are not many makeup artists recommendations here on youtube for olive toned skin (no matter if it’s fair or deep). Do you have any recommendations? 😻
I really like the balm from keys soulcare, I use it as a lip balm at night. They even made the container bigger without increasing the price and the smaller size already lasted me almost a year
I tend to use my sponge dry after I've blended with a brush to get rid of any streaks. It works much better to smooth out my foundation without losing any coverage
The Saie Glowy gel did the same thing to me as the glow recipe primer did to u , it has Lactic acid in it idk why idk but that's the only ingredient I can think that would burn my face and give me a reaction so I skipped trying the G.R one exfoliating ingredients in a primer makes no sense to me .
Hey Kelly- I’ve been watching your videos for a while and I think we have super similar taste in makeup. And I really trust your recommendations because they’ve worked out for me! A formula I am planning to try out and think you’d enjoy (and also do a good job reviewing) is the Apieu Juicy Pang Water Blusher. I’ve never tried the Daniel Sandler watercolor blushes but I feel like it’s a similar, or slightly thinner formula that blends like a dream. Check it out! I’m ordering mine today haha
Ur hair looks super cute , love that style on you. I only use Korean spf they ones I use don't have white cast , I'm allergic to the US chemical filters so I never wore spf till I discovered Korean skincare. I really want to try the P.S Azalaic acid serum .
Kelly, you want to talk about being sensitive to stuff I am allergic to Bleach. I found out when a former friend and I bleached my hair and I broke out in hives. Also, Everwood is a good show to watch in the Early 20000s.
Hi Kelly! How does the flower beauty concealer compare to the LYS concealer? I have the LYS and I love it, so I wonder if I would also love the flower!
I think the multi products never work. Like the milk blushes love them but not on the lips. And some other products that do the same are to sticky for the cheeks
Kelly’s look is giving me Britney Spears in the Stronger video a la 2000 🪑💫⛈ {which btw I love her makeup in that video, those fully lined eyes} Peach slices is also at Walmart ~ when I run out of the ordinary Azaleic acid I’m going to try Peach Slices next. The ordinary one pills which I guess is common for AA since it’s a suspension 🤷🏻♀️ Azaleic acid has helped my melasma so much, It’s the only active I’ve been using for it. (Although now I’m adding more stuff in, but it was cool to see what one single product could do by itself).
