Hey my names Dylan and I’m in my early twenties. I’m also in the military so I have to constantly run and lift weights to stay in shape for my job. I would love for you guys to make a video about a total body workout you recommend that involves weights. I’m just starting to push myself in the gym again because a little over a year ago I had lower back injury and it took me till now to fully recover. So please consider making a video like this so people like me can body build without the fear of injury.

Lol, I was with you all the way up to rocking back on heels, raising toes. Can't do that for love nor money. Can't see 90 seconds either, but that's a technicality.

I really like a lot of your videos but a bit wary of this. The kick you refer to as s hamstring stretch could result in a lot of people simply rounding their backs possibly contributing to back problems. Some of the other moves looked a bit risky if pelvis and sacroiliac are at all unstable. A bit more qualifications and warnings needed for this one I think. Lesley D.

Off topic but you should do a reminder that one of the most effective, cheap tools for avoiding serious injury this time of the years are crampons for your shoes and boots. I stupidly left mine off this morning, I didn't re injure my back but that was only a matter of luck.

If my math is right, you are only 2K away from 1 Million!! WTG guys!! :) Early in the am MANY of us need a Boyah stick or something else so we don't tall over! That's why I suspect I might want to try this after I have been awake awhile! "What the H*ll," says Bob. Oh my! Next, we'll be seeing Brad showing off his arms AND his pecs and stomach muscles without a shirt because they probably don't look so bad! :) I might need some warming up before I do some of these...

Sir,my both legs ACL is completely teared.but i have negligible give away.physiotherapist said,u don't need to do surgery.orthopediatrics says you do surgery.i decided never do surgery. My question is,can i do the exercise as you mentioned here in video? Are these exercise suited for me?I think my only scope is hamstring strengthening.

Use a lumbar roll when sitting. Stand with good posture to get the curve in ur back. Lay on ur back with a pillow under ur back to create the curve there

+shivom jain if you are not making any improvement or changes in all these months of exercises, stretching, and changing posture, then u need to go to doctor or therapist or chiropractor in person. Maybe get tests. Bob and Brad can only recommend exercises but they are not working for you. Maybe get massage and exercises for all your body. Maybe something in your neck is changing your back because all the body work together.

@@bobfredericks6545 If you do make your own out of a broomstick, you could buy those rubber things sold at home improvement stores for on the bottoms of chairs, the anti-skid things. That's what my husband would suggest, but I think it'd be more exciting to buy the Booyahs from B & B, WHICH IS WHAT I'M GOING TO DO!!!!!!!! :cD

The tall one needs to do SLOW CAREFUL stretching exercise for at least 15 to 20 minutes a day . Here is a challenge for you - get that old man stiff runner's body of yours into a yoga or tai chi class as soon as possible. This is probably freaking you out but after a year you will thank me.

Bob you are not wearing the right type of clothing for exercise.To be doing exercise you need to wear comfortable gear not long sleeves shirt n trousers with tie not those type of shoes either.
