THIS WORKOUT!!! Rigidity is my public enemy # 1!! This workout really did make a difference in the smoothmess and fullness of my motion. As always, thank you Lauren for really focusing your workouts to benefit PWP! You are an amazing gift to us!

Eric - I am so very impressed you put in so much into this workout. Most of us avoid the exercises that are the hardest or the ones we need the most but you tackle them head on! You are awesome! I will do more to address trunk rotation and rigidity now that I see so many people see the benefit. Thanks for your comments and for your wonderful support.

Yes - many people find they didnt know they were so stiff or rigid until after they have done the workout and then feel more mobile. YAY for YOU!!!! Keep with it, practice and work on those fluid and large movements. They really are key to better mobility. Good work!

Thank You Lauren just what I am looking for . I I have muscle spasm and attended to tighten up the muscle in the side of my body and after recent back fusion surgery stiffness worse 🙏🏼❤️
@laurenlewis6969
@laurenlewis6969 3 месяца назад
Hello Nadia and thank you for your comments. Back fusion surgery can take some time to recover from. The reaching and stretching may help make your back feel better. As you get stronger and recover more fully the rest of the exercises will help with trunk rotation, rigidity, as well as hand eye coordination and working more fully through your joints range of motion. Keep with it and let us know your progress.

Thanks Lauren! All the bouncing and catching and stretching ... have given a through shake up to the weak legs and hands. I will include the movements in my everyday exercise. Thanks once again PFP! Sudha from India

Hello Sudha - thank you so much for your comments. Its great to hear that the video got your legs and hands moving - bouncing and catching also involves quick hand -eye coordination and forces you to move quickly to catch the ball. It's all great exercise for the body and the mind. Keep up the good work.
