Best on RU-vid. I take my test on Thurs 8/9 and I pray I pass with how hard I've been studying and as well as watching Travis when I'm done with each chapter. I wish he was in CT.
Travis, thanks to your videos many concepts became so much clearer! I love that you use examples we can remember easily because of your funny comments. I had my materials from another school, and I read and learned the concepts, but all your videos helped me to really understand and apply the concepts to everyday real estate scenarios. @@YolandaPerez I passed the national and failed the state by 4. I didn't adequately prepare so I'm pretty mad at myself. But the good news is I can take it again on Sept 30. And this time i just have to take the state. So I'm confident I will pass.
