FINAL FANTASY 15 All Lunafreya Cutscenes (Final Fantasy XV) 

I'd like people to understand that strong doesn't necessarily mean being a badass with a huge power. Luna's character was actually strong mentally and thoughtful. It's a shame that they didn't give her more screentime, she definitely was an interesting character.

God damn, Luna's English dub accent is so good lol. Amy Shiels' voice is angelic and relaxing to listen to.

We need a Luna story based dlc. I'm interested in what happened to her when she was held captive as a child, more details about Oracles, and her perspective on the things she did while Noctis was on his journey leading up to her death.

Unconditional love like Aerith's, nurturing nature and fierce like Tifa's, strong love like Rinoa's, a princess with strong heart and determination like Garnet's. Lunafreya will truly be missed.

The Kingsglaive Luna and this Luna feel like two different characters. Also, wft was with that slap? He hit her so hard that her ponytail and braids came out?

*SPOILER* What's pretty shitty about this is you didn't even get a chance to be with Luna in the game, just that one instance and then boom she dead. I was really looking forward for Luna to join the party as a summoner or something, that was I was anticipating.

I think what's important here is; She knew she would die. Awakening the the 6 is her calling and providing Noctis the tools to defeat the actual enemy. Everything she did, everything she said and everything that she was... was for Noctis because she loved him. She wanted to make sure he succeeded and Ardyn... he can fuck off because he spear headed everything.

It would be really great if they made a DLC for Lunafreya

While I agree that Luna needed A LOT more screentime, for me her death scene is still beautifully done. Artistically and symbolically. Anyway, you don't have to feel badly for Luna to cry; I cried because I felt that for Noctis. ESPECIALLY when he realized what was happening and turned back into an adult. His reaction just broke my heart. Now, admittedly, I probably would have been sobbing buckets if I was more attached to her, but my attachment to Noctis was enough to make this scene beautifully sad.

All I'm seeing is complaining about her not being a developed character. Where is this? She is the oracle, instilled by the king to see that noctis gets the ring of luci and help him forge covenant with the astrals. She had her duty to help noctis as the oracle, which she did her job amazingly. You can't compare her to Yuna, as she's not a summoner, she can just communed with the divinities in order to help noctis. And you definitely can't compare her to aerith because she's not the last of her race or is she developed to be similar. Luna is Luna and I think way to many people aren't developing any connections to the characters is because the game doesn't run like that. You're supposed to feel that everything you do has a price that no matter what the outcome is inevitable but you always have your outlook of hope which is in your friends (since Luna has her own mission and his father died trying to protect the kingdom). And while I believe it would be bad ass to have her as a playable character she's not really a fighter sooo I really like having aranea (who becomes a temporary party member in and out of story).

You missed quite a few cutscenes with Luna. Four of them, I can tell as much. There's two in Tenebrae when you visit. One was when you spoke with an old lady named Maria in Tenebrae, it shows a scene with Luna and Ravus. Two, there's another one when you come upon a little girl talking of Luna's wedding dress and it goes to a cutscene with Luna and Gentiana, and then again on the train when you take the trident from Gentiana and there's a flashback of Luna and Ravus in the sylleblossom field, and again on the train when Noctis sees Luna's spirit.

WORST USE OF A FEMALE CHARACTER EVER!!!! after kingsglaive I kinda knew she was going to kick the bucket but not so early, I mean we didn't even get to see any moment or scene that would sell us both she and noctis were in love, I honestly expected so much more from this character, after so much build up: kingsglaive, the omen trailer, the fact the director swore she wasn't going to be just another damsel in distress, the way they show her in trailers HOLDING A F*CKING TRIDENT!!!! GAWD!!!! even FFVII had the decency to let us play as aeirith before she died. that and other major plotholes made really made me dissapointed of this game. Great game but the story is sh*t.

I think Luna was going to be a powerfull summoner, but looking at this makes me feel disappointed. Yuna and Rydia are stronger than Luna that is for sure, I was expecting more of her. I think Stella would have been a better character, Luna barely appear in the game, they said she was going to be a powerfull character, but this is not what I see in FF XV. I like Luna, but I'm disappointed to see that she barely get any screen on the game.

I love how people pull off some shit like "Luna has 0 development" but bring up Aerith. Newsflash: Aerith has 0 development. She's always been like that. She's wise. You don't follow and see her change or mature from time to time. She's always been mature. She's always been the one who cheer people on whenever things get gloomy. Get out from your nostalgia bubble. Also she's basically useless in battle har har, it's rare to see players who actually use her in battle so playable or not doesn't matter to the impact. Yah sorry to drop the bomb. I like her character, though. The only reason why you disapprove Luna is because you just refuse to pay attention to her. Because she's 'just some girl that follow her fate, I don't care, I prefer girl like Aranea or Cindy, they're badass and have boobs". And then you blame SE for that. Not every girl have to wield weapon in battles to proof that she's strong. The fact that Luna, after losing her family, took place as an Oracle not because she's just 'following fate' but because she's RESPONSIBLE to her duty and do her best to support her fiance is why she's lovable. She's humble because even though she faced the Astrals for Noctis, her hope is simply just to be with him. Mind you not all Astrals are nice like Ramuh, there's one like Leviathan and Titan who could kill her, that's why Ravus told her that she's throwing her life for Noctis. That's why Ravus hate the bratty Noctis. Luna will eventually die even though she survived in Altissia. She has no intention to be with Noctis UNLESS her duty has completed, she said it before, "wherever I go, Imperials will follow." She will keep being alone and talk to Ifrit and he will kill her because he's not fond of humans. At least she died with Noctis in her arms in Altissia. Bottom line, Luna's character has so much similarity with Aerith. But you keep hatin' using Aerith's name. Whatever float your boat, buddy. Oh you don't notice this, ofc, because you were busy running in your imagination that women have to be 'badass'. At least try to understand more about the character before you talk crap. However, I agree that SE made Luna too similar with Aerith like they're out of ideas for female protagonists. But this game is to hook new FF fan, so I'll take that to consideration. I agree that she need more screen time, though. But the last scene on the throne is enough for me. Sometimes less is more. Maybe more screen time for something else like Ravus and Aranea. Making beautiful CGI need lots of money, just a reminder in case you don't know. Also, about Stella. You don't even know how her character will turn out to be, don't compare incomplete things with completed one, that's unfair. What the hell.

Luna and Yuna should go on an adventure together. Well, an after-life adventure.

Luna is just another wasted opportunity in this game because, as much as I dig this game, Tabata and co. didn't know how to write powerful women as mains in this story. I miss Stella.

Her goddamn theme always destroys my feels ever since the Leviathan scene. I got Kingsglaive as a Christmas present and teared up instantly when she met Regis and that damn theme started playing Q.Q

The flashbacks and train scene are not here too but nonetheless great compilation. I wished they'd make another movie this explaining like how did the other characters.

Man....square did her SO damn dirty. We NEEDED a Lunafreya DLC because it felt like major chunks of her personality and growth was missing due to lack of screentime. The little screentime we did get was Noctis this and Noctis that and it felt very 1 dimensional personality wise. I can describe her as The former princess of tenebrae who wishes to see noctis again. The issue being that is all.

I could do without all of the Noctis scenes in this video. Seriously, jump to a random spot in the video and there's a one in three chance of getting a luna scene.

Im guessing the people that didnt get affected by luna's death never watched kingsglaive. kingsglaive is a necessary watch before playing ff15

Don't understand why people like Luna that much. She is a fucking average looking, flat character. And I think a MAIN heroine of a story should be a round character. If this is not the case, the maker of the story did something wrong and this is bad character and story writing. The main character ALWAYS have to be round characters, we have to feel with them.

Misleading title, these are the times when Lunafreya's on screen or talking. I get defending a game you like, but it's like 20 minutes of the video is Luna and the rest is either combat where someone holds down a button or Noctis reacting to something that happened. (which honestly are 2 of the 3 main plot events of the entire game, should've just added the butscene before the credits and you've literally told the entire story of the game. fuck it imma say it: luna would have made a better protagonist for this game than noctis. i love noctis and the boys with my whole heart but luna would have been narratively SO satisfying to follow.

Even though she's not entirely a princess, she's a way better princess than disney princesses. Strong willed, good natured, well educated, hard working, understanding, beautiful, pious, and doesn't play damsel in distress. Sure shes engaged and married to royalty, but she does more for the people and the world than just sit on a throne or remain protected in a castle and let the men or guards or servants do all the hard work. Lunafreya is a real princess and a wonderous role model

This is incomplete.. Luna has an appearance in the train and in the final battle. And a lot of scenes here without Luna. But overall this is a good video with good quality.

There wasn't allot of Luna in the game, I wish they could've developed her more. I'm tired of seeing all of this Stella shit though, even though Luna isn't great this scene still makes me cry :(

Her story is so tragic, she couldn't even spend a single day with the guy she loved. We could see Luna accepting her fate at a very young age but when she saw the wedding dress, she really was just a young girl wanting to be with her guy. But no, SE has to take that away from them. Unlike Aerith who met Zach and spent some time with her friends, Luna couldn't even get a final evening stroll with Noctis in Altissia.

***spoiler question here*** How did Lunafreya die exactly? Was the ending scene just a vision of what their wedding could've been like?

To be honest, game director can remove Lunafreya from the game and the story wasn't really changed that much.

Gives me sad empty feelings like they did in Crisis Core. Two characters meet, have romantic feelings for each other, sends letters to each other and keeps in contact, circumstances prevents them from contacting each other, they are so close to meeting each other then BAM one of them DIES. In both FF's they suggest they meet in the afterlife but wtf man.

Luna is like the only character that looks different compared to Kingsglaive. Game Luna looks cute, but looks 10 years younger. I prefer the Kingsglaive look.

Out of the 40-50 hours of gameplay, Luna, only gets about an hour's worth of screentime, and then dies. I thought she was the main heroine. I really like Luna, so this disappoints me. I don't care if you prefer Stella over Luna, because that's your opinion, and I didn't ask for it, but really Square Enix?
