Yeah, seriously. I loved handling inventory management and other things, as well as checking up on the units of my army at the same time. It made it feel so much more immersive, not to mention cozy!
Wow, this brings back memories. My brothers and I used to spend hours and hours making custom BRIGHT NEON swords with HILARIOUSLY OVERWROUGHT names in the base menu.... good times.
I remember sometimes staying in the preparations and not doing anything, just so I could listen to this song for a while. It's definitely one of my favorite FE songs
Patrik nope. Definitely not the only one. My favorite part of the song. Although I kinda think it's too low in tone register to be a violin. Think it's a cello, but idk. Either way, fantastic string instrument makes this song so gorgeous to listen to. But everything about it is great.
Yep. Back when they had secret and easily missed characters, and when a unit got scragged it meant hitting the reset button. I'm honestly glad that Casual Mode exists, but I will never go anywhere near it. I really do miss the extreme variation in methods used to recruit characters though. Also, some of the levels in PoR were outright the best in any FE game since. I remember playing Awakening and thinking "Wow, it is legitimately shocking how well they managed to incorporate this lineage mechanic- oh dear god, is this ANOTHER Route The Enemy map?
First time hearing this theme in FEH's Tempest Trials+ final map theme. Just recently started playing Radiant Dawn and now I know where the theme comes from. Other than that, good theme.
