I love how Scar was very very patiently waiting throughout all the ''Put on Hold'' bits when he was asking the permit office for something, and *8:53* meanwhile there's Joel who ripped the disk from the box and rather angrily started slashing Grian with a sword. Shows the personalities of these so well, Scar's patient and controlled misery versus Joel's unadulterated wrath.
Grian: "I'm gonna have to put you on hold." Joel: _Ring Ring? Who's there? OH it's me Joel's Sword._ Never has a sword been better named. I suggest that next time you follow through rather than stopping at one ring-ring. 🗡 Perhaps look into (or hire a redstoner for) a shulker packer for your glow ink farm, since you say it's always overflowing. 🐍

watching a Joel hermitcraft video is liking a rollercoaster. one second he's building, jumping around, being quirky and unique, the next he's losing his mind and being a maniac. and in a few seconds he'll call you stupid. these videos are my reason to live

The squid that Joel made for his shop is so good! Very impressive and is perfect for his shop. It's cute because the white candles make it look like the squid is wearing a pair of socks. 😊 My headcanon name for the squid is now Socks. 😄😊
0:22 okay unsolicited advice if it is really bothering you that much, it can be a sign you’re using too much -conditioner-Softener-detergent- something like that on your laundry and towels. I noticed it on my towels after a shower and had to start using less and safer ingredients lol! Remember (in America) you only need like 2 tbs of detergent to wash your clothes I promise!

Funniest HC episode yet? This just might be! Honestly every time Joel gets frustrated and annoyed it makes me laugh. Him failing to kill people on the Life series and gradually losing his mind is what made me a fan

Punish Grian for his limited working hours by visiting him every Sunday between 2 and three and give him a bunch of busy work so he has to be there for the full shift.
