Getting deeply connected to what we are doing (rather than the story we are telling ourselves about what we are doing) can change EVERYTHING.

You can play while still getting in muscle-challenging work.
You can target your weaknesses while working on musicality.
You can, in fact, keep your joy and whole self alive while putting in some work.
