Fix LG Washer No Power Issue

My LG front-load washer is not turning on. Nothing shows up in the display. No sounds also.
Model #: WM3360HRCA
Here are the steps I tried to diagnose:
1) Make sure the washer is plugged in and the outlet has power.
2) Check the voltage of the input to the noise filter.
3) Check the fuse of the noise filter.
3) Check the connectivity of pins between the input and output of the noise filter.
4) It turns out the noise filter is broken in my case, otherwise, I will have to check the mainboard, which will be more costly.
I replaced the noise filter (Part# 6201EC1006L) and the washing machine was fixed.

I did the troubleshooting as described, and the noise filter is ok however. I also test by spinning the drum without power on and it can temporary power on for few secs as described by other RU-vidrs since it's a direct drive motor. Does that means the motherboard is totally fried?

I’ve got lg washer I tried the method you should is it if it beeps or doesn’t beep you which one is it I think 🤔 mine beeped

I have a LG front loaded washer machine. When the door is opened it will turn the power on and off by itself.

Replaced Noise Filter, but still having power button issues at the front panel. I already checked everything mentioned in your video thanks! Any tips for further diagnostics?

3 levels of input and out pins are there. 1st and 3rd pair is working for me but the second one is not. In this video they did not test the second (middle) pair. If the second middle pair is not beeping then is it broken ?

Based on the diagram below, the second set is ground, so if you take out the noise filter already, it should be disconnected. ibb.co/mTQ2JP6

I guess you can for the testing phase, but I won't suggest it for the long run. It'll cost more if the other part got burned.

Buy semi automatic Washing Machine. I did after My frontloader gave me constant strain to my pocket.Now ,I am at peace. Less automation ,less problem.

it seems a faked video, the filter board no connection because the top not touched - look carefully. There is no active component so the filter won't fail.

I tested my noise filter with a meter and both sides came good, but only the one in the middle does not show sign of life. Does that means I have to replace the noise filter? All 3 contacts need to be good right?

The middle is ground. I don't think it's an issue in your noise filter.

@@REFLEX137 same issue, noise filter shows good. did you get yours fixed? Looks like it has to either be the computer or control board, I have a meter and want to test, but dont know which contacts to check...

@@nicholasbolen2139 I ordered a new noise filter put it up and still did not work, so i ended up returning the noise filter and I wasnt gonna spend more time or money so I bought a used/repaired washer for $250 same model and is working well
