Thanks 🙏🏻 so helpful...new CX5 less than 3000 miles and blank screen. I think 🤔 I pressed a combination of display buttons while driving and boom blackout . Tech muddle. 😊

Another thing if you hold the mute button down by mistake you’ll turn off screen and radio. All you have to do is hold the mute down again it’ll turn back on. The mute button is really an on off switch too

2 hours for a "computer reset" do you charge two more hours when the problem comes back?

So you just turned it on LOL. The mute is also the on off button

Mute NAV and back button all pushed down at same time should reset it. Hold them all down for 10 seconds. Motor off but ignition on. That should reset it, I would try that before messing with the battery
