I used this same baffle. It fixes starvation in corners and acceleration, but still got a lot of starvation under braking. The roll center correction will make a huge improvement in entry and mid corner grip. Probably the best mod I ever did to my e30

i run the mannol 10w60 in all my m42/44/52, cheap and good protection on trackday and works ok also in winter (we have -5°C) with the 10w. With the 10w40 before on track it got too thin and lifters were getting empty...

Nice work. Can' t you install grease nipples on the swaybar bushings housing with a tiny pipe sending grease through the bushing to the bar ?

I hate to add onto your list! However, you should also fix your door window rattle, it's heard when you closed the driver's door with the window down (0:19). I believe the problem is a thin foam (may be able to find an alternative substitute) square with adhesive on one side. With the door card off close your door and listen closely to help you determine what part of the door the glass is rattling on then apply the piece of foam to that area

It's normal that it sputters when welding an oil pan, aluminium gets contaminated even deep in the surface, so imagine how bad it is with an oil pan. When you're melting the metal with your torch it's bringing all the contaminants to the surface and therefore it's sputtering. A trick I learnt from The Fabrication Series is to hover the torch over the welding area, to remelt the base metal, use no filler rod, that way it'll sputter then, bring all the contaminants to the surface, and when it's done sputtering only then you start adding filler material and do the actual weld. You should look it up he has a video about it, called something like "welding bad casting" or something

Bump steer kit looks promising but i dont see any rubber covers for their joints, i'm wondering how they will keep up when used on daily car

Link your front seat bar to your strut. The link will be in an angle, but it works. It will make the effective sway bar spring rate much higher. I don't remember from memory, maybe about 40% increase in stiffness or something like that.

Tuleeko kardaanin kulmien kanssa ongelmia kun moottorin asentoa muuttelee?

Tuommosessa käytössä castrol 10w60 on kans toimivaksi todettu moottoriöljy!👌
