i did this workout, combined with biceps.. i had a such a pump, after the first set. and i keept getting better as i progressed through the workout.

I have been doing this for about two months on triceps day and I have seen some pretty good results so far, trust me its harder than it looks especially by the third set.

Good advice and great arms you have, thank you. I have a question if anybody can help..i find my elbows hurts so much when i do triceps should i go very light weight and more reps. Thanks.

Thats very common, especially if you do heavy dumbbells. Warm up your elbows before each tricep day with say 15-20 high reps (2x times) of a light tricep exercise weight. If it gets really painful try taking a supplement called glucosamine. It helps with joint repair.

triceps are predominantly fast twitch, so LOW REPS.100 reps may be good for pump but not for adding size.

You ever hear of a pre-exhaust? He even says that it BEGINS his workout. No idiot would go in and do just this mega-set but I just trust Flex, and Neil. Don't believe it if you want. I don't care.

100 reps tires the tris too much .20-30-40 reps yeah but 100 seems overdoing it and not really productive

TheLusianPopa Yeah, this is why these type of videos annoy me, because they are misleading. If you are natural and you do this, you will get depressed when you don't see results. At least Rich is honest and tells you what works for both sides. Honestly since I started lifiting heavy I am gaining muscle mass WAY faster. Might be just me....but doubt it.
