One second into this video and I was discouraged. The fact that you are sitting comfortably on your heels at the start tells me that this is NOT for beginners. As for those leg raises, somebody like me with poor flexibility has no chance of being able to do them. You are obviously very accomplished at yoga so this is easy for you. I'm trying to start my journey towards mobility and flexibility so I will continue to search for a beginners video. You might want to think about changing your title because this is intermediate level and not for a beginner.
I’m a beginner taking classes and those are the first things we did in the class, those are very much beginner level exercises. She only did child’s pose, table-top position, cat-cow breathing, and I don’t know the name of the last one but it’s not too difficult. As my yoga instructor said “you’re a lot stronger than you think” you should give it a shot
@@isabellad.7319 You and I obviously have different starting points. Mine is the starting point of someone who struggles to put socks on because they don't have the flexibility. I think we'll just have to agree to disagree.
