When baked, the sugar dissolves and the surface becomes crispy. It is fun to eat such a large loaf of bread while tearing it together.
Apple Cinnamon Bread
(Ingredients) 18 cm in diameter, (7in) round shape (1500 ml)
300g bread flour
3 tablespoons sugar (30g)
1 teaspoon (5g) salt
1 teaspoon (4g) instant dry yeast
210g warm water
20g unsalted butter
1/2 of an apple
(Topping)
50g melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
100g granulated sugar
Powdered sugar

Melt the butter in lukewarm water.
Put the ingredients in a container and mix for 2 minutes.
Ferment until doubled in size.
Vent the dough and roll out into a square.
Cut into 24 equal pieces.
Wrap apples in dough
Brush with melted butter and cinnamon sugar.
Put the dough in a mold and press the surface
Ferment until the dough has doubled in size.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190℃ (380F) for 25 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
