We start a series of trainings with the Master of Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics, acting coach Fokina Victoria.
The first two blocks of exercises will be dedicated to stretching and strengthening the feet and hamstrings. There will be exercises on a stretching of hips, calf muscles, lifts.
