Naima T I know that ferling and the best advise is: Don't be too harsh on yourself. Take time and approve every single stepp that you made in the last years. Compare your self now with your self years ago and see how far you've come. We tend to only look into the future and only see the big goals we want to accomplish. But looking back at everything you have reached so far, you will realise how proud of yourself you can be. So take a second and applause for yourself. You are a wonderful human being and the greatest thing that you have is your self-awareness and your search for growth. You already are awesome and the ones who search for more are never stuck! Wish you a lovely day!♥

Kevin Shen , Can’t say that I doing very well, but I’m glad that I’m still breathing and it means that I still can do something about my life about my goals and dream. Sometimes something really bad should happen to us, to shake us up and open our eyes, that we are actually doing not that bad. And we don’t appreciate simple things in our life, for some even being able to see or walk can mean the world for someone. Starting to think that happiness is actually in simple things, Not in a fame or wealth, not even in recognition, happiness is in us and how we see things.

Auah this one was really endearing and beautifully self aware. In a time like this I think no one is ok specially because we cannot be with the ones who really care about us and leam on a support system of some kind. That wrecks even the most strongest person. I sometimes wonder if we are still gonna be ok after this, or just are we going to pretend it didn't happen and move on with our lives without any social changes? Um abraço enorme.

I'm a little late on watching this lol but wow! I love ur video, your message, and cinematography and everything. I wanna be more gentle on myself during hard days like today, it's funny how I even consider this a hard day when I'm not doing anything at all. I just felt burnt out and overwhelmed, though I'm doing nothing, it's even more stressful, but that's also why I'm doing nothing is because of the amount of things I need to do that I can think of that it's so much I can't even pick one thing to do. Only coming across this video now. Living my dream life as Digital Nomad since the pandemic ended. But with all that's going on in the world right now, I feel that the pandemic was pretty easy and nice in some ways. Worrying about 1 virus and having to stay home was a lot less difficult than coping with a war, climate crisis, society getting less tolerant each day, cost-of-living crisis etc... so from Vietnam to everyone who needs it, a hug and the words that everything will be okay again ❤
