I believe you experienced no noise or operation of the dpf fuel pump when you activated it with your launch. I also experienced this when I tried to test the pump with actuating on my Autel. I checked the signal at the same time and although the pump was silent there was actually a signal to control it - a pwm. However the duty cycle was quite low, not enough to run the pump. Concerned that I was facing a fault with the pump and the blocked vapouriser I had the opportunity to control the actuations with a snapon diagnostic and under the control of this tool I did manage to actuate the pump and confirm the pump and control signal the ecu to be ok. The issue is with the choice of diagnostic tool used to actuate the pump.

I also have a question, I took the vaporizer down, tested it and it works fine, I changed the pressure sensor, could it be the pump or the fuse?

What if the gas temperature 11 and 12 shows -40 and not moving ,is this cause of vaporizer or dpf or pressure differential sensor? Plz help

Hi mate i need your help please. Got ford transit 2013. I replaced fuel vaporizer and pump, clean dpf. All fine no faults any more but as soon as the van gets to temperature its starts smoking badly(white smoke) smells diesel. What i need to do? Please. 🙏🏻
