I absolutely adore this incredible lady... She knows how to keep her family and her people together.. She had no airs and graces .. Such an elegant, beautiful, warm and genuine person. She and her family are the perfect example of true blue royalty for all the rest of the royal families worldwide, especially the Windsors...! She is grace personified...
Queen Margaret of Denmark seems to be so lovely. She has this kind energy around her. And her dresses..she looks radiant and is and looks like a real queen. Bravo 👏🏻
AND The Danish ROYALS are VERY lucky to have our Crown Princess Mary as their own. Always admired as the girl from Tasmania who met and married HER CROWN PRINCE Frederik of Demark.💞
"your father and I, we know how you came to find your true self. That happened when you met Mary. Then, it became spring in your mind, and your surroundings bloomed, like it is blooming in this day in May"
The queen of Denmark always smile. Very loving, respect all her family. Always kiss and hug her family. What a wonderful queen. She stole the hearts of her people. Shes like a normal down to earth person, sharing her love and diamonds with her family. She is the most adoreable queen. The queens husband also adoreable and friendly. I enjoy watching them always. What beautiful clothes they wear. The best Royal family ever.
I love Queen Marguerite's dress. Very pretty. I also think the Danish Crown jewels the most beautiful. I love the way she speaks English with perfect accent.
I truly love Queen Marguerite , she is the epitome of LOVE , this Royal family are so naturally loving towards each other , the people of Denmark have nothing but genuine admiration for all of them Crown Princess Mary will carry that Love onwards , she is beautiful & Frederik is so Proud of his beautiful wife ....God Bless them all ...
When I read the speeches in English...oh my goodness the Queen's speech truely came from the heart. Absolutely lovely. All the speeches were beautiful.
Her mother is Ingrid of Sweden whose own mother is Princess Margaret of Connaught, the granddaughter of Queen Victoria. Thus, I don't find it too surprising that she speaks English like a Brit.
Queen Margaret of Denmark, King Harald of Norway, & King Carl Gustaf of Sweden are all direct descendants of Queen Victoria, thus cousins. It would be normal, if not compulsory for them to learn English, among many other languages. Also the former Dutch Queen Beatrix is a direct descendant of Catherine the Great. However since one of Queen Victoria's daughters also wed into the Romanov royal family, they are linked to the British crown also, albeit by a different lineage. All this to say, Queen Margaret is marvellously warm and eloquent, a grand lady, and a most regal Queen.
Anastasia Lapislazuli You know that the Danish kingdom, is the oldest in the world, right? So maybe Queen Victoria is a decent of the Scandinavian kingdoms?
Q Victoria was decendant of German royalty. Hence why the current royal family have more German blood than English. Princess Diana had more Anglo Saxon blue blood than the Queen. She was a decendant of the Royal Stuart House. Queen Elizabeth I Royal House.
@@auto_01bot75 Victoria is descended from James VI of Scotland (aka James I). Henry VII-Margaret-James V-Mary-James VI-Elizabeth, Queen of Bohemia-Sophia-George I-George II-George III-Edward, Duke of Kent- Victoria.
Fully agreed. Her speech went beyond just a formality. It has substance and sincerity and displays her true endearment and embracing towards our Mary (I am an Australian)
@@admirathoria0073 I've read the six available biographies of Queen Alexandra, and the more I read, the more I would have loved to have met her. A simply incredible woman, and as you rightly state, FUN!
Yes, the queen of Denmark has a good personality, warm, humble. She is trully welllcome her daughter in law into her royal family... How Lucky u r Princess Marry.... Salam from Indonesia
What admire about this family is there humble of nature and that is no wonder why they are loved so dearly not just there own people the Danes from every part of there country but people around world admire them worldwide for they a symbol and a reminder that true love exsist amidst all challenges that we are facing they also remind us that there is always hope.
I love Denmark people very interesting watching this Royal Family mother queen she always smile Mary is a lucky woman Mary she's gonna be like her mother inlaw strong
I don't know much about Denmark ....but I'm finding this very interesting . They are much more relaxed, open and jovial than others ......not coming across as ridged or stuffy . Very refreshing !
Antonietta Bombardelli No, I do not know her. I say she is lovely because of the way she delivers herself, the way she carries herself, her speeches which I heard she wrote herself, the way she interacts with members of her family, and the way she smiles and waves at people. There is a sense of authenticity in everything she does.
@@jeremyleewang I can feel it too. Sometimes, you sense some kind of goodness or evil that exudes from people, this is some of the times I sense goodness out of a woman, but I tend to not trust anyone, I got hurt from a person who exuded goodness, or seemed to, so I must be mistaken.
A beautiful and extremely wonderful show. I wish you permanent happiness, success and progress in your wonderful work. Health and safety to all of you with the utmost thanks and respect. Greetings.🌹💞💕
The English subitles are hilarious. But i don't think Her Majesty meant it to be so. Don't understand Danish...but greatly admire the Queen and love her voice. Her English remarks were so thoughtful and well delivered.
HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN’S SPEECH AT THE WEDDING BANQUET AT FREDENSBORG PALACE, FRIDAY 14 MAY 2004 The day has come! - A day of happiness and celebration, which we have all looked forward to since the Engagement in October. Indeed, many will say that it has been much longer. Actually, as his parents, the Prince Consort and I have probably always looked forward to the day when our eldest son would stand before the altar together with his bride, and we would welcome her into our home, into our family and in our country. Frederik, ever since you were very young, you have been surrounded by love and affection both in your family and throughout the country; but as Denmark’s Crown Prince you have also attracted much attention from an early age, that has not always been easy. However, over the years we have seen how you have developed, how you have matured, and how you have found your own place in life through solid work and by using the many qualities with which you are so richly endowed. You have a warm heart which strikes everyone who meets you. You inspire confidence. You are a person to rely on. Much of this is the result of your own efforts. However, we your parents, Papa and Mother, know very well how you have found your true self. That happened when you met Mary. It brought springtime into your heart, and everything blossomed around you, as we see season in full bloom on this day in May. Mary, today all Denmark welcomes you with open arms, and your new family welcomes you with great joy. We have come to know you, and we have seen how your cheerful disposition graces your every act. You have met us, your new family and all your new countrymen, with warmth and great dignity. You too inspire confidence, around you too the Garden of Denmark is decked with flowers. On this day of celebration, there are two people who are greatly missed: your mother, Mary, who we never came to know, and Mormor, your grandmother, Frederik, who did not live to see Mary come into your heart and into your country. On this day, these two as well as your French grandparents, Grand-Papa and Grand-Maman, will be in the thoughts of all who knew them, and I believe they would all have rejoiced at seeing your happiness, and would have appreciated your choice. Mr. Donaldson, This is a day of celebration in which we all share, but for you and for your family it is not without a note of sadness; for one person is greatly missed: Mary's mother, who we in Denmark shall never know, but who should have been at her daughter's side on this day of happiness. No wonder if you and your family may feel a touch of apprehension; for it is also the day when your last and youngest daughter is leaving her family, as she has already left the country where she grew up, to settle very far away. Now she takes up a new and challenging life. Her new countrymen receive her with enthusiasm, not only as Crown Prince Frederik's bride but also for the qualities they already perceive in her. As we have come to know Mary we, her parents-in-law, have come to love and admire her. She has great inner strength and she exudes a calm warmth that inspires confidence. She has shown the courage to place her future life in Denmark, may we always be worthy of her trust. The Prince Consort and I welcome her into our family and in her new country. Frederik and Mary, you face many challenging tasks. First of all you have a home to build together, and a life of your own; at the same time you are embarking on a life filled with demanding obligations, of that you are both well aware. It can be hard work, and it may feel lonely. That you know, Frederik, and Mary is aware of it. However, you have your youth, your great strength, your warm hearts and your courage; and you know how much pleasure may be derived from doing a good job, from doing something for others, from devoting all your strength to the service of your country - and from doing it with a smile. Now is the season of flowers. All around you, there is great joy and happiness. But it will not always be summer. There are rainy days and rough weather, and in spite of fresh breezes, the Danish Garden may sometimes feel a little cramped, however lovely it may look. But tonight there are no bounds. For it is not only here at Fredensborg Palace that we are gathered around you. Throughout the country, in the Faroe Islands and in Greenland, indeed as far away as in Australia, your wedding is celebrated. Let us now bring together our thoughts in wishing you great happiness and unity in your lives and in your work - together and for Denmark. I ask you all to join the Prince Consort and me in a toast to Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary.
Thank you so much for writing out that speech for me. I really enjoyed the warmth and love shown for CP Mary, and CP Frederik. I have watched the Danish Crown Royals and they are so in love.. They have a beautiful family. I would be so happy if Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan were like them instead they have made complete fools of themselves. Diana would roll over in her grave to see Harry acting toward his own family like he has. God Bless the Danish Royal Family. Long may they reign
Milyen érdekes, hogy egy királyi esküvő helyszinén nincs hivalkodó rongyrázás, mint néhány milliomos senki celeb lakodalmán amiken több esetben csak a virág és gyöngy díszek milliókba kerülnek.
Though I am an Indian I have seen some videos of her majesty. She is very simple for a queen. Being a indian royal descendant I admire her a lot. Her English is good because she is a descendant of queen victoria
I hope to have one day such a loving and warm parents-in-law 🥰🥰🥰 this family seems tl be so caring, and so much looking after each other...you cannot say this about the British one, I dont even understand why ppl are so obseesed with them, while other roya, families are so much more open and warm, like the Danish or the Swedish
What you also don't understand is that monarchs tend to reflect national characteristics. The Danes are far more open and warmer in public than the British. You really shouldn't judge people that you don't know. You have absolutely no knowledge of the British Royal family besides what you see in the tabloids. Would you like people who don't know you to criticise you. What I don't understand is why people insist on parading their ignorance on public media.
