I am impressed. So gentle., I like the idea of a buddy. I cannot swim but it is so difficult letting go.

Hi frank i'm learning floating in pool when i leave my hand from pool side i sink to pool and my fear is not going out what should i do ? please help me

I would say that you are stressed, and are probably subconsciously lifting your head when it feels like your hand sinks. A friend in the pool with you will help alleviate your fear. Try to remember your body mass is less than that of water, so you will always float with air in your lungs.
