I ve try this as soon as i finish watch it. I have all the igredient alrdy. Its sooooo yummmiehhhh. Before this normaly i do the red one using chili boh. But feel like want to try the black caramel one. Awesome. Thank you u for sharing is caring❤😘😘

Hi, thanks for stopping by! Sweet soy sauce/Kicap manis can be used as a substitute for cooking caramel.☺️

@@LenW Yes, you can. But you need to reduce the amount of chicken stock you put in because oyster sauce is already salty. And the color of the bee hoon will turn out lighter.☺️

A prime example why you need to cut your noodles in to pieces so it mixes better with the other ingredients.

Cut by all means if you want to eat fried bee hoon using spoons, I personally prefer it uncut as to eat it using chopsticks. It is a matter of preference.

I dislike short bihun. Yes, it is a matter of preference. I see Malay and Indian stalls have mihun that are usually cut and short.

Aiyoh..don't use this thin type of beehoon, use the traditional beehoon (bigger/lager in diameter)

Too much oil, no initial sesoning... Adding too much water after cooking is dead wrong, spoiling the flavour..Terrible
