So Awesome! I have 5th grade students.... along with being a student of my horse.... I am going to bring this wisdom of this video somehow to my students who struggle with reacting to the world... instead of choosing how to respond.. they think reacting will help them 'control the world' when responding offers so much more leverage.... Thank You, Josh!

Love this Josh, you are so right! I've never thought of it like this before but the pause gives room for the response to be decided and delivered with slow mo ie. Smoothness. Reactive is quick sharp and usually brings about resistance. When I think of my ride on my horse this evening I'm pleased to say that it was most all response and time to feel of each other and our balance together... Hallelujah it's been a long road to get this far 🤠🤠
