Hey,Andy, I have an unrelated concern. I got two lower control arms, and two front struts with sway bar links for my 1998 Camry LE 2.2L 4 cylinder. Do you know what the average labor time might be to change those parts? Only asking to see if I feel that I got a good quote from a mechanic.
Is this the same 6” lifted truck? You never even made a video about it after your lift kit. Thought you were getting 37’s etc? Crazy how small the 1500’s are? My buddy just did a 6.5” lift on his and 37’s and the fender heights are identical to my 2021 ram 2500 with a 2.5” leveling kit and 35’s lol..
If it’s an automatic it’s about 5 hours for the lower control arms, 3 hours for the struts, about .6 for the links. +alignment. Obviously, there can be some overlap there.
@@AndyTheXTech I appreciate it, Andy! I checked out three different shops to see where I'd feel the most comfortable. I am having that labor done tomorrow! I ordered the rear struts and rear sway bar links today, which I will be receiving next week, do you happen to have an idea as to how long that labor might take? I am somewhat knowledgeable on what the rear struts labor looks like, like having to detach the back seats and all, because your channel 1A Auto shows the labor on my actual vehicle for it, along with different labors. Again, I am just curious on the labor time because I want to see if the mechanic's price is in the "ballpark " of the labor itself.
