The last foster home he was in had a good foster mom, Sue Hare. The day before the shooting I explicitly remember that he walked out from the breakfast hall screaming after someone threw an orange at the back of his head...or was it a grapefruit. I remember the sound of the shotgun blasts ringing through the main lobby. When I heard the first shot...I ran over to the balcony side of the library, I thought a wall of lockers came crashing down or something...what i seen were kids hiding around the tables and ducking their heads.

This was caused by bullies and a bad foster home, he says he didn't know shooting someone once would kill them as his logic was based off a video game. This poor guy deserves to get out early. He had felt very bad about what he did unlike other school shooters
I agree. I'm not saying what he did was right, but he had a terrible childhood. And as usual, the school did nothing about the bullying. I highly doubt letting him out would cause any danger to the society.
This is sad..Evan Was My Friend ..He Was At My House Hanging Out Just Days Before This Happened And I Never Would Have Known He Planned To Do This Because He Hid It So Well..He Was A Couple Years Older But Was My Friend..I Feel Sorry For All This Effected But I Feel Most Sorry For The Torture He Endured To Push Him To This

I don’t feel sorry for Josh’s family. Something about that family seems off. A kid who had such a “loving” family, but still managed to bully a kid… seems off. That family has some hidden secrets.

Pathetic this man is pathetic no matter the abuse you receive it is never an excuse. His friends had every opportunity to stop him or report the incident and didn't, they are just as much at fault as he is. Bull he didn't know that shooting someone would kill them he does have a developmental problem, death is death. Not to mention he only claimed that the video games caused it after he meet with his lawyer. If you excuse one person for doing this than you give every person an excuse to do it that has been abused or bullied.
