Emmy, what an adorable patio set you now have. Our table umbrella fabric had seen better days and I have been able to find just the fabric umbrella without the mechanics really reasonably priced! It's like getting a new set just by freshening up umbrella with a bright new color. Thank you for your positive and cheerful personality! It adds so much to the world !

Hi Emmy, recently found your channel and have been catching up on all your wonderful videos. Really enjoying them. You are a kindred spirit for sure and such an encouragement. I have been practicing frugality for years. My husband also retired at age55, due to a work related injury. Being frugal has really been a blessing in our lives. When you used the butter wrapper to grease your pan, i had to smile. I learned to do the same thing from my frugal mother and have done it for years. Never happened to see anyone else use butter wrappers though. You are encouraging me to make a list of whats in my freezer too. I used to do it but fell out of the habit years ago. Definitely worth the effort! So glad to have found your channel and many thanks for all you do!

That table fix was genius! If the vinyl gets weathered after a few seasons you have enough extra for a couple more table tops.

The one way I save a lot of money and don’t throw away food is to make my own brown sugar. All it takes is white sugar and a little molasses’s. I found the how to on Bigger Bolder Baking. How great you found flooring that would work for your table. Thank you for sharing with us.

Ever since I have been focused on having the best life for my family on a budget. I understand that by being thrifty and using our heads we save more money and enjoy life without the stress of being over extended. I am also a big Dave Ramsey fan and follow his principles. Blue berries are my favourite i have them every morning with my porridge I have roasted most veg but not beens On a Sunday if there is just the 2 of us I do a meatless roast I use the cauliflower as the meat and roast it in thick slices And serve it with a delicious gravy you don't even notice there is no meat Take care 💙💚💛💜
