Thanks Dave. Picked up a set of the U-Sun bands. Has loop style for a while now, but the strength, stretch and constant tension is superior with the loop style. Another detail heavy video. 🙏🏻

Awesome stuff. Just getting into band and it's a fuggin brand new gym world. Great workout here. I only worried lil about how much you're rounding your low back in the kickout sets. That's one way to make my low back super angry over time (ask me how I know!). Chur!

Hey Dave thanks for the great full body no attachment workout with resistance bands video. My question is do I go thru the entire first set and then come back around to the second and then third set or do I do 3 sets of the same exercise at once and then continue on to the next exercise. Thanks

You should try spreading your feet even if just a few inches especially for curling & you also want to hold the same spots on each side of the bands 1 arm shouldn't be done before the other. Great video 👍🏼 FYI for Bent Rows your chest should be more parallel to the floor then the wall 🤨 Your left side of your back is bigger than the right 🤔

I think the only workout you can't do without attachments is the vertical pulling excercises. I guess for that you need to anchor it to somewhere.

Thanks Dave. I’m having most trouble finding ab workouts that incorporate no attachment bands while standing (or laying down/sitting but standing is ideal). Do you happen to know any?

Look up Vacuums (it’s an ab exercise) it’s the only standing one that comes to mind at the moment. If I think of something else I’ll let you know

Ideally you want them shoulder with apart but sometimes depending on the lenth of your band it's not possible so I recommend the clench fitness bands with their footplate because with this device you will have more freedom of foot placement.
