Safety Information:
Do not practice this breathwork during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions, should always consult a medical professional before starting breathwork. These breathing exercises are a guide only, you should always listen to your own body and not push yourself, if you feel unwell STOP. Never practice breathing exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath, or in any other circumstance where the loss of consciousness could result in bodily harm. Deep breathing may cause tingling sensations, a ringing in the ears, and/or light-headedness. These are normal responses and are no cause for alarm. If you faint, however, you have gone too far and should take it more slowly next time.

Wow! I've never heard of this. I have CPTSD, and every morning I do a few seconds of this sort of stuff in bed, and I feel emotional stress release, but then I stop myself. I've actually wished that I could just keep on doing it in my bed for much longer. Maybe my body was desperately trying to help me, and I've been ignoring it! I'm going to get into it, now I've seen this. thanks.

There’s a subreddit called longterm Tre. Some people there have also CPTSD and share about there tre experiences. Highly recommend, also lots of general information. I recommend to take it easy in the beginning and not do too much in one session. You can always increase the tremoring-time next session. I overdid it in the beginning and got strong side effects like nausea and insomnia

Peter Levine suggests finding a safe person to be with you while processing these things. Personally, I often have more results alone but a lot of certain trauma needs the safe person.

I've never heard of TRE, but one day I was so frustrated and angry with the tension in my body that I couldn't seem to release after trying all sorts of exercise, yoga, acupressure (love accupressure btw), and stretching that one day sat up in bed, and I just said screw it and I stretched and twisted and contorted and flexed and exaggerated all the tension in my body like a rabid animal. To my surprise, it helped a lot. Of course, I thought I was just crazy so I didn't consider it might be an actual thing, I just figured tensed my body so hard it had to relax.

I love watching my cat destress every day... he twitches and trembles just like this! When l first tried it l thought l was having an epileptic fit, l tried to control it.... but the more l watched the cat, the more l realized that this is such a healthy way to release years of tension and trauma. I realized l was also releasing the tension in my mind. You inspired me to get past the fear and judgement and give it another go.

It's fun to watch this as I have discovered TRE on my own by a chance just by letting my body to do what it needs. Originally I discovered it by getting some ab and shoulder contractions after orgasming, but soon I realised that I can do it just by breathing deeply and voluntary giving my body couple of initial movements which kinda ignites the tremors to continue spontaniously. It's nice to know now that this is actually a thing! I feel that it helps to releave my stress quite a bit!

There is some funny, childish humor at a couple parts, ha. I would be interested in knowing what you were doing just prior to this (any warm-up, breathing, etc.) The reason I am interested is because of how quickly and seemingly easy your body started the movements. This was great and, although I move the body, exercise, stretch more than regularly, I feel I would quite enjoy this. It's probably something everyone should do, and continue to.

What Ice learned is a good starting technique is to lie on the back, knees up and apart, heels touching. Give the body time to relax in that position , every so often bring the knees back together a tiny bit each time. Hold and allow whatever movement comes. (optional to raise the butt off the ground a little to stimulate the start of the circuit, if needed)

@johnleo16
@johnleo16 6 месяцев назад
The tremors are already there , it barely just takes a posture to initiate . As In the video he moves into a particular posture holds it for a minute or so and the tremors begin . In the beginning it might take more time , for me initially it would take a 2-3 minutes for the tremors to kick but now as my mind-body is used to the release , its almost spontaneous, I just move into the posture and it immediately kicks in , it's a experiential thing , try it , you will be amazed how simple it is .hope this helps in some way .

Just tried this tonight and I was skeptical. At first nothing then my left arm went crazy, I was scared but I did my best to let it go although my heart was racing,😅. Eventually my right leg followed then left. So as soon as my body took over it began to shake the areas out that was tight like my wrist(I do massage therapy.) had to be careful of my Right ankle though since it is injured so I kept restrict my ankle all though my body wanted to shake it out like crazy. But what really freaked me out was that my body was stretching me in positions I didn’t even think of and those stretches felt amazing…. Let me repeat AMAZING! Imma have to use those more often and crazy part is how it moved my hips it was literally as if my body took over and did what it had to do and I turned into a literal pretzel lol is this normal? So for TRE does it matter what muscles tremor for it to release the trauma's or is it just a whole body tremor which releases your trauma and is it irrelevant where it comes out? I feel like i have a lot of trauma stored in my neck but it is very hard for me to get my neck to tremor. Will the trauma's release even if my legs and core start to tremor or do i need to find a way that it goes up to my neck?

It's looks like fake,why you immediately shaking?

Not immediately but as soon as you keep the mind aside. Body has its own way which has got nothing to do with the conscious mind.

Thanks so much for this video Mark and David. One of the very best TRE videos. I already knew about Davids videos,,,found Mark via the Mouth Tape while asleep video. TRE combined with breathing 🙏🙏🙏
