As I have told you before, Thank you for a quick go to workout! I have been so tired & unmotivated lately this past year, however these short burst of exercises really seem to work for me. I tell myself I can do 10 or so minutes of this! I also like the drink breaks! Thanks again❣️

I also have been intermittent fasting (started Monday) and gave up on snacking even tho, I LOVE to snack.....lol!

That's awesome news! Your commitment to intermittent fasting and cutting out snacking shows you're on a solid path. Regarding calorie burn, it varies depending on your weight and how intense your workout is, typically ranging from 100 to 300 calories per 30 minutes. Stay consistent, @swan11112! 🤩💪🏻

This was wonderful! Great way to get the body warmed up and ready for the day or perfect Segway into doing another workout! Thank you so much Coach Gaby and Coach Mere!...... On a side note. I've been very consistent with my workouts, and definitely trying to be good with my diet/ food intake. Still a bit confused when it comes to how much protein I should be taking in for the day? If I'm wanting to lose a bit of weight, and tone up and gain some muscle definition would 20-30 grams of protein per meal be good!? Thank you. ❤

Hi there! Thank you so much for watching! ❤️If your goal is weight loss and muscle growth I would recommend maximizing your protein! 💪 Try to aim for 80-130g per day.
