The blind faith forced indoctrination religion of racist savages program called EVOLUTION is a lie. Out of the 6 different types of EVOLUTION only one is proven by the SCIENTIFIC METHOD and there's no change from one kind to another kind.

I would really like to see a booklet or something explaining all the exercises in this video. This is really good stuff.

Surreal video. Very very nice. That's applied meditation in movement.

JudasRosen No it's uttering the lie that is the religion of savages called evolution. Not that deep. But then again perception is a fickle thing.

Innovative exercises beautifully executed and edited together as usual, Naudi. There are some moves here which make an excellent case for using heavier 'bells. May I ask whether you still use the RMT clubs as well? I bought two based on your videos, but then suddenly noticed that you had taken all your videos referencing them down. I notice the TAP clubbells are available in higher weights, but the RMT have the apparent benefit of being designed to strike padded surfaces with, something that really inspired me when I saw you do it. As a fighter, I have found using RMT clubs with a heavy bag to be a massively useful combo. Was your switchover technical/product-influenced or was it for business/marketing reasons?

Andrew Lau Unfortunately Andrew, the guys at Bosu and Weckmethod are not about putting forth relevance in the industry. They wanted me to conduct some dialogue with the guys at Crossfit (SATAN) because they were going to try and sell them their products. I said it would never work, and since that point I was right. They are a profit first based company and I cannot align with them completely. I still use the BOSU because it is such a complete tool, but I have found ways to do similar things with a tornado ball and club. I apologize that I have not put more videos up with the RMT's but I just can't stand behind people who are only in this to make money.

Great video as usual, love your work and philosophies. Was wondering how much the club weighs that you're swinging around and what you would recommend?

I like the narration by Jacque Fresco, plus the caveman club, I want one! I suppose a souvenir baseball bat and some weights would work... Oh yeah Gorilla Tape to hold it together.

Matt Steadman If you are wanting to just try out clubs before throwing down $$$ on them, you can always take an old kid bat, cut off the end and put concrete in them to your desired weight. If you like it enough you can upgrade to something more balanced and with better grip such as the Tap Bell Club.
