man just watched that dad in the front row just have the memory of a lifetime with his little kid… surely will remember that moment for the rest of his life feels good.
Clark's play honestly would've been smart had there been like under 5 seconds left with no timeouts because by then they would have to heave it from half court and time would've expired. But he threw it with 7 seconds left with a timeout, which is just way too early. Should've called a timeout, or even just let them foul you.
Because they trapped him. The guy who turned it over went back into the trap. He should’ve dribbled to his left (more space) to disrupt the press, and get away from the baseline and sideline. He also had a man open over there. He panicked is all.
So Virginia had a timeout when the kid threw it up for grabs. I think it's the coaches fault for NOT drilling it into his kids heads, all of them, IF YOU GET IN TROUBLE CALL TIMEOUT 😡 Just utterly REDICULOUS the kid threw it up for grabs with 7 seconds left. 😮 🤯 Cost his team the game at that moment. I mean how does it not, they had the lead and the ball, WTH
That was just a dumb play by Clark, safe to say he won't have a basketball career after this game. On top of that, it was a weak ass contest on that 3.
